Keep settings not honoured
>>>The Keep option 'Keep with next n' is not always honoured. Please open the attached document for an example.
>>The page contains three threaded text frames. A heading appears on top of the second frame. A float was placed (with wrap applied) that pushes the text out of the second frame into the third frame so that the heading stays in the second frame, on its own.
>>The expectation is that the heading moves with the text to the third frame.

Pasted text acquires overprint attribute
>>Copying a number of items from one document to another, all of the text that did not have an outline had its overprint attribute turned on, despite being off in the source file. It was particularly annoying to fix because most of the text was white (Paper swatch), for which the overprint setting is uneditable: I had to turn all the white text to a different colour, uncheck the overprint, then make it white again. (Using InDesign v14.0.2 on Mac OS v10.12.6.)
>>IMO there should never be a reason to overprint items using the Paper swatch

can't delete all OR multiple missing links at once?
>>break, remove, delete all OR multiple missing links at once? I thought it used to be able to do this -- I can't find it anywhere in 2019 or 2020.
>>If not, why the heck not? It's obviously a useful feature. And I can't find anything anywhere using multiple search engines.
>>and NO I do not want to watch a video that may or may not answer the problem -- I want to scan a page of text & images to see if it is relevant since no titles appear -- they're all about updating or repairing.

Type is shifting inside text box upon moving.
>>>I've been noticing when I use the type tool, I can fill it as normal. Style things with the appropriate fonts/colors but should I move the box it self to a new location the spacing above the font will grow or shrink and shift everything inside that text box. It almost acts like it is adjusting like it has text flow around an image feature selected. Sometimes remove all the styles then re-applying them will fix it but this is issue had been annoying me for maybe the past 2 months.

text colour tint dropdown menu bug
>>Changing the text colour tint from 70% black to 100% black in Paragraph Styles crashes my M1 Mac mini 100% of the time.
>>Trying to manually change the text colour is not possible because when I click on the drop down menu for colour and tint in the control bar, the menu either doesn't appear at all, or appears for a few milliseconds and then disappears. I officially cannot work on my document now. What to do?!

Text appears heavier over a transparent image
>>When text is in a layer above an image that has its basic blending mode set to "multiply" the text is rendered with a darker outline. This does not appear in the final PDF, only the preview, but it makes it extremely difficult to judge font sizes and whether text is bold.

Drag-and-Drop text editing in Layout view problems
>>I was working on InDesign layout with Word text with some text originally in Arabic - with some numbers (dates) only for a reason I cannot understand, but it was a text about oriental philosophy... I discovered that my body text paragraph style (for a strange reason) used Adobe Worlld-Ready Single-Line Composer (it was not my choice!). That selection made the one letter Drag-and-Drop editor in the Layout view not work correctly. When I changed the composer to a simple paragraph composer everything is OK again...

Crash on save, all work lost
>>>Version 16.0.1 x64
>
> Working on an existing document. Nothing out the the norm. Just basic single-user InDesign. Upon save, it said the "document needed to be repaired and some unsaved changes might be lost". Well it lost everything and I lost 2 hours of work. I think InDesign is becoming like the old Quark XPress where you had to hit Ctrl-S like a rabid monkey to save your work from loss.>The other thing is lately InDesign crashes on startup.

Incorrect text wrap with anchored objects
>>>In Indesign 15.0.2 a bug has arisen in the text wrap of objects anchored in the text. The images show the difference between the old in the new version of Indesign. (OS X Catalina).
>1 voteHi,
This is due to the bug fix of the issue: https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601180/suggestions/32251567
Text composition will now change whenever you open an older file with text wrap applied alongside text with bulletsThanks

Unable to select multiple objects when hidden spreads are in document
>>InDesign version: 20.1
>>There seems to be a bug that occurs when there are hidden spreads in the document, where you cannot click and drag to select items on a visible spread. Also when you copy content from one spread to another it doesn't transfer to the current selected page. See below for my experience:

Dragging the mouse to select text randomly moves the entire sheet
>>>When dragging the mouse to select text in a text box it would sometimes move the entire page and pasteboard to the left or right when reaching the text box frame. This is a very old, extremely annoying behavior. It exists at least since CS4.

Crash when exporting to pdf - WHEN IS THIS GETTING FIXED
>>So I've had this issue now for over five years and still nothing has been fixed despite me sinking thousands of pounds in subscription fees to this steaming pile of an app. We do lots of presentations that have other indesign files as links and we are constantly getting crashes when we export to pdf - I've been on with adobe with this and they insist it's corrupt files that cause this, yet when I proved to them that it wasn't they just stopped replying to them - great customer service. The crash can simply happen when adding
