publishing not working in chrome, FF
I am using indesign 13.1. I have several published documents that are suddenly not working in FF and Chrome, but are working in Safari.
For example, click on read now on this page:
https://merce-cunningham-bm.now.sh/history-detail
or this page:
https://sfarts.org/monthly.cfm
In Chrome -- nothing happens. But those pages work in Safari.
Those two documents were created by different companies, so it is not an indesign intallation issue, as the support chat person insisted.
These pages have been working well for a long time.
I am the only one affected by this? Seems unlikely....

Hi Adobe - when will you fix this? Pretty shocking to have this feature not work on the browsers that most people use...

I have the almost same issue, Chrome mobile doesn't work with my published online docs. Although other borwsers like, mi, Mozilla for Android and iPhone seems working fine. Diane Burns suggested to vote for it on specific link so to help vote for the issue https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601180-adobe-indesign-bugs/suggestions/42244105-publish-online-documents-cannot-turn-pages-on-andr

Using: InDesign 14.0.1, Chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)
I see someone has already posted this bug, but on Firefox, so this is to let you know that it also happens on Chrome.
To reproduce problem:
Embed a Publish Online document in a WordPress website.
Click Read Now
Document opens in full screen mode but only shows a thumbnail in the top left of the screen instead of showing the full A4 page at 100%. Scrolling through pages will change the page number down the bottom (e.g. 2/2 but still displays image for page 1).Attached: screenshot of a published online document. Have scrolled to page 2 but shows page 1 and only as a thumbnail in top left.
This problems does not occur in Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Most of my clients are however using Chrome as it is a far more popular browser.
This is a serious problem, as I have invested a lot over the years in embedding Publish Online pages in my members only, paid content website.
I'd appreciate a fix asap please.

I've had this issue for a few months now. Clicking "Read Now" on embedded Publish Online documents enables full screen, but on many instances of Chrome the page is not sized correctly and the UI essentially freezes. Clicking the arrows does nothing. I can pull up the thumbnail toggle, but clicking on other pages does not bring them up. See attached picture. This issue is present on my Windows 10 desktop and laptop in both normal and incognito windows. Strangely, this issue is not present on my wife's Windows 10 desktop. Functionality is as it should be on Firefox, Edge, and chrome on mobile. My desktop Chrome is Version 70.0.3538.110

Thank you all for your help!

Inconsistent Embedded publish online full-screen behavior
In short: when trying to view a document published online in WordPress in full-screen mode on an iOS device the document does not fill the screen, only the browser tab. This allows the URL hosted by Adobe to be seen, copied, or shared. I do not believe this is the intended behavior, it is a flaw which will lead me to find third-party solutions.iOS 11 - Safari and Edge browsers

I should add that that is on OSX.
