Converting text cell to graphic cell
If you convert a graphic cell to a text cell the vertical justification gets locked, cell appears to be anchored and is unable to be converted back to a graphic cell.
1) Create table
2) Select cell > context menu > convert cell to graphic cell
3) Select cell/object > convert to text cell
4) Unable to convert back to graphic cell or adjust vertical justification within cell (options greyed out) and anchor symbol on top right of frame

I see the option to convert cell to graphic cell but it is grayed out.

When I tried this, I had to go ahead and just delete the anchored object and it left the original cell of the table behind as a text cell.
