Publish Online Mobile Zoom
When I try to zoom in the embedded Publish Online viewer, and I’m on mobile, it zooms too far and then it’s impossible to zoom all the way out again unless I switch pages.

animated zoom
The animated zoom isn't working in InDesign on external monitors. This happens across the board for all documents. Doesn't happen in Photoshop or Illustrator.

I have disabled the Spotlight keyboard shortcuts as well as the Siri shortcut, and I am still unable to use this feature. Was it removed? Am I able to make it work again, somehow?

zoom scroll pan
Make it so Windows version of Adobe programs are capable of all gestures such as zoom and pan/scroll. This works perfectly fine on my MacBook, but on Windows I'm only able to chose if I can scroll/pan or zoom, but cannot zoom and pan. This makes working with the program extremely difficult and infuriating when it's such a simple feature that works in every other basic program.

PDF comment zoom changes
Steps to reproduce: .When clicking through the list of PDF comments and a new entry is called there is a chance that the zoom level of the Indesign view is being changed from its original setting. Expected result: the zoom level should be kept in line with the users setting. The focus should jump to the position even when a marked area might not be visible in full in that zoom level. Scrolling and zoom issue
Scrolling and zoom won't work all of a sudden. The ruler shows I am scrolling or zooming, but the pages remain stationary. This is happening while indexing. I have to close file and re-open

zoom with touchpad windows
I would like you to make it possible to zoom with the fingers on the touchpad in Windows. It works in illustrator, but not in Indesign, at a PC, in Windows (only on Mac). Could you make this possible? It gives so much better control over the working process

Image Zoom Feature for Publishing
Would love the ability to create simple zoom options for exporting images. For example in Epub format for viewing in iBooks on the Mac. It is very difficult to see some of the smaller images after publishing and iBooks will not let you zoom.
When utilizing multiple images, it would be great to be able set up a simple way to make images interactive so that they can be zoomed into or popped up in a larger format for viewing.

Two finger trackpad zoom in OSX is broken
I use Option + Two Finger Up Or Down on the track pad to zoom in InDesign.
While it seems to zoom in fine, it almost never zooms out properly. Often when I try and zoom out it zooms in further.
This behaviour works just fine in other Adobe apps such as Illustrator.
I'm running Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.7 on a 2019 16" Macbook Pro.

Problems with zoom on tablets wacom
The Zoom function (Zoom In and Zoom Out) made with two fingers directly on the Wacom tablet (in my case an Intuos Pro L) or made using the Wacom Touch Ring tablet still does not work in InDesign, for a long time, with different versions of InDesign and with different operating systems (OS Mavericks - Sierra-High Sierra and now also Mojave ...).
All this is very frustrating, because it eliminates a very important function for those who have to paginate!

inDesign 2020 removed the zoom view box from the top menu bar
This user is much unhappy that inDesign 2020 no longer provides the zoom view box that appeared in the top menu bar, directly to the right of the help tab. That was a fast, easy way to change the view size of the file in the screen.
I was told by Adobe that this feature was dropped because the screen size view could be achieved by other existing features. Sure... now one must pull down a tab, then go to another command and activate a feature like zoom in and zoom out. And that only shifts the view in or…
11 votesThe change was made to reduce the UI clutter for the user and it was moved to the bottom left of the screen in the Status bar where other controls like page navigation, preflight profiles, etc. are available.
To continue using this feature, we can suggest a simple workaround which takes less than a minute to accomplish – just open the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog, choose Views, Navigation from the Product Area drop-down, select the ‘Access zoom percentage box’ from the list of commands and assign a shortcut – example, Ctrl-Alt-5. You can customize the keyboard shortcuts as you like and save a new Keyboard Shortcut Set.

De-Stick Alt Key After Zoom
When I press and hold the ALT key (Windows) to zoom with the mouse wheel, it doesn't release the way a sticky key should - once finished with mouse wheel zooming, I have to tap the Alt key a -second- time to release it. Not doing this results in the menu bar becoming active. Example: Press and hold Alt and zoom with the wheel. Finish zooming and release the sticky alt key. Zoom Shortcuts Won't Work
The shortcuts for zooming in and out will not work (Ctr l+ +/-) very frequently. I have to quick the program every time.

scrubby zoom will not turn off
Scrubby/Animated zoom suddenly appeared when I opened Indesign today and I cannot not turn off. The option is no longer in the Preferences (I searched all categories). I have installed no updates recently.
