Hello! I just tried to download the supplemental update but was directed to this page:
https://beta.apple.com/sp/betaprogram/apfsfusion
It seems that my computer's drive has a different configuration than the update. Is there no other solution?

This issue has been fixed via 10.13 "supplementary update" version 10.13 (17A405) and released version of macOS 10.13.1.
This fix was not part of 10.13.1 beta version. However, this is available in 10.13.2 beta versions. So, If you are still facing this issue please upload a screenshot of macOS version. You can check your version using "About this Mac" dialog and click on version number of see exact version number.

We are unable to take a screenshot, because the cursor issue disappears while trying to take a screenshot, and then re-appears when we cancel the screenshot. I have the most recent High Sierra update as of 11/30/17 and I'm still seeing this fragmented rectangular cursor and it's affecting my selection process.

In InDesign is a Problem with the Cursor on iOS Hight Sierra Beta Version 10.13. I update to date, to the latest MacOS High Sierra and also update to latest Indesign which I suppose should solve this, but the problem persist. I have also the latest MacBook Pro. It very annoying that this main feature doesn't work as should. I'm working every day in Indesign and it makes my life hard, because its sometimes impossible catch the edge of the frame when I try resize it.

Thanks for sharing screenshot.
Based on your screenshot it seems you are still on 10.13 without "supplementary Update".
Once your update is successfully applied you will see the following string "Version 10.13 (17A405)".So, please try to update your macOS again using App store. Only this update has the required fix for now.

The support article states it is fixed. This is not the case as the issue is persisting following this update.

I am experiencing this same issue, but I have yet to install the MacOS High Sierra 10.13.1 Beta ... I'm not really wanting to install a BETA; I don't even know how to download a beta unfortunately.

Anybody have any luck with this on 10.13.1 beta? I realize that the update was released to patch 10.13.0, but it seems they aren't doing a patch for 10.13.1 beta. Guess I'll just have to wait for 10.13.2.

Whenever my computer and InDesign undergo stress with handling large files, the cursor will either completely disappear or continue to function as the small square of bitmap or code. I am updated to the newest version of macOS High Sierra (10.13.1) as of Friday October 6, 2017. InDesign is also at it's most current version according to the Desktop Adobe Cloud (12.1.0.56). How can this be fixed and quickly? Not being able to see your mouse while working is quite difficult to work with.

It is fixed now. Apple has recently added a supplementary update for MAC OS High Sierra 10.13. Install the update and that should resolve the pixelated cursor Issue in InDesign .
