  1. Map styles to tags forces image alignment to the left

    > >Consider: an image frame is set inline with paragraph text in a text frame. The image is wider than the width of the text frame, and RIGHT ALIGNED, so that it extends out towards the left of the text frame. When you map styles to tags, the image frame is forced to look left-aligned so that the tag is housed in the text frame. This makes the image now extend TO THE RIGHT of the text frame. PLEASE FIX!!!> >

  3. Object Style Size and Frame Fitting bug

  4. InDesign crashes after making changes to the document after exporting to pdf

  5. Crashing on Windows 11 when putting laptop into Tablet Mode

    We have released InDesign 2025(v20.2.0.036) with many stability fixes. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version (if you’re not already on it) as it is more robust.

    If you still face this issue even after updating, please submit the crash report to us. (Guidelines to submit crash are available at (https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/submit-crash-reports.html )

    Also, please send the following information to santalwa@adobe.com :

    • Reproducible Steps – What were you doing when InDesign crashed?
    • Video recording of the crash
    • Is(Are) the issue related to a specific document(s)/asset(s)? If yes, could you provide us with the document(s)/asset(s)? Please package the entire document (To package the document, choose File → Package…)

    The issue has also been fixed in the latest update of InDesign 2020 (ver. 15.1.3).
    Please update InDesign 2020 to version 15.1.3 to get the fix.

  9. crashes while exporting with long file names

    To identify the cause of this issue, we had started our investigation with the aim to resolve it. You might have also received email from us seeking more details to help in our investigation.

    We’ve concluded our investigation and came up with the finding : Either the issue is fixed in the latest release of InDesign or the issue was intermittent in nature at the time of its reporting and is not reproducible now.

    We recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of InDesign 2020 (if you’re not already on it). It contains a lot of stability fixes.

  13. In some Hebrew fonts, part of the letter punctuation is missing or appears in the wrong place

  18. proportional scaling and Opt + drag copy feature not working
