InDesign crashes when changing paragraph style with Typefi Designer 8.7.3 (14)
Every time I change the paragraph style on my document, indesign crashes.
We have released InDesign 2023(v18.2.1.455) with a lot of stability fixes. We recommend you upgrade to the latest version (if you’re not already on it) as it is more robust.
As per the information provided by other customers, the issue might be related to Typefi Designer 8.7.3 (14).

I've also had this happen for the last year or so - especially when changing the background shading or borders on a paragraph style.
It happens no matter the size of the file - although a smaller file I can usually make one or two changes before it crashes. Larger files I cannot even do one change. I'm currently working on a 24 MB file that is only 2 pages and I made it two changes (preview turned off) before it stopped working.

Typefi Designer 8.7.3 (14) <- others with the plugin are NOT having an issue

This is also occurring in InDesign 15.0.3. Just happened twice in a row. I've submitted crash reports. Extremely disruptive.

I've been dealing with these crashes for months now as well. I've tried everything. It happens anytime I try to use the Paragraph Styles I've set up or even just trying to create a text box. My company issued me a brand new laptop and I've uninstalled/reinstalled countless times and I'm on the latest version of ID. I just submitted a crash report as well (one of many). My IT department tried to help. We're out of ideas.
