indesign created white pages when I imported a Word text. There's 1311 endnotes....
>>>I already start and stylize them... I remarked after the summary a page named endnote text. I never asked this. If if drop off this page, all the link will don't work. My question is how to delete this page without delete the link of the endnote text?

Facing-page layouts always have one un-editable page
>>>If you set up facing master pages with a text frame on each, you can only set the text frame as "primary" on one of the pages. That means every other page you create from the master will be un-editable. This defeats much of the purpose of a master page, and provides no benefit.
>>The only semi-workaround is to connect the two frames, but this is not always acceptable. Sometimes it is necessary to keep the stories separate.

Crashes when font file is moved *every single time*
>>This will crash InDesign (and Illustrator and Photoshop) every single time without fail, all cc 2020 apps I've tested, specifically:
>>InDesign 15.0.2, Illustrator 24.1, Photoshop 21.1.2
>>I'm using OSX 10.15.3 Catalina
>>Try this:
>>–add a font to ~user/Library/Fonts/MyFontFolderName/ to install. Works with any font, but for example try Adobe's own wonderfully designed Source Serif Pro
…
> –make a new document in InDesign, set some text in that font, eg: Source Serif Pro-Regular, save document (or don't save, same result)
> –move the font file, eg: SourceSerifPro-Regular.otf to a sub folder, eg: ~user/Library/Fonts/MyFontFolderName/AnotherFolder/
> –app will1 voteThis has been fixed in latest version of InDesign. Please update your application from Creative Cloud Desktop.

"O" button popup is blocking use of small text box anchorpoint.
>>This problem happens when attempting to resize small rectangle text boxes (smaller than .9") with the bottom/center anchorpoint. When clicking directly on the anchorpoint, instead of being able to drag it up or down to resize, a small pop-up box appears by the "O" symbol that has a check box for "All Small Caps." this disallows me to resize. I'm not clicking the "O." I'm clicking directly on the bottom/center anchorpoint.
>>This problem affects my workflow every time I use Indesign. I have to instead use the top anchorpoint and reposition. Please reconfigure where the "O" button appears
…1 voteIn Preferences dialog > Advanced Type, there is an option at the bottom called 'Show Adornment...'
Uncheck this option to stop showing "O" on selected Text Frame.
Hope you'll find it useful.

Weird Bug with Resize to Frame
>>>Resize frame to content messes up and I'm not sure if it's something to do with a setting I have set since this doesn't always happen.
>>Basically, I'll have a frame around some content with text in it.
>>When I hit "resize frame to content" ctrl-alt-c, it resizes the frame to the full document width, which looks like the example.
>>I obviously expect the frame to resize to the content, not to be super wide like the entire document.

Insertion point with more than one text style range
>>>An insertion point can have more than one TextStyleRange, e.g.
>>InsertionPoint.textStyleRanges.length // Result: 779
>>These are the TextStyleRanges of the entire text (of the story) that follows the insertion point.
>>Expected is one TextStyleRange for one InsertionPoint.

Bug - Crop image data exceeding frame
>>>Objects outside of the frame are still showing as hidden objects in a PDF. During export I made sure the Crop image data exceeding frame box was checked. However objects are still seen as ghost text.

Background Task Animation Error
>>>Adobe InDesign CC 2018 13.1 (latest version)
>
> macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 (latest version)
> Expected result: When a Background Task is being run, the animated progress bar to rise and fall (ex. 0,1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1,0,1...)
> Actual result: When a Background Task is being run, the animated progress bar rises and falls incorrectly (ex. 0,1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,0,1,1,2...)>I notice this a lot since I am exporting multiple PDFs a day. As soon as each is done, I need to copy them to send via emails/upload to other servers/etc.
>8 votesBackground Task Animated Icon has been changed in the recent version of InDesign. It is now shown as a rotating cursor (instead of the stacked cards/hamburger type icon in previous versions).

Adding htmlItem then closing document crashes inDesign on Mac
>>We are developping a plugin for inDesign and while testing a new feature on a Mac we noticed that sometimes InDesign was crashing. We managed to reproduce this bug in a very simple indesign script that make inDesign crash 100% of the time and I'm looking for a way to get around this inDesign bug.
>>The crash occurs when we programatically add an htmlItem to a pageItem then close the document too quicky, It's only on Mac, doing that on windows works perfectly. The crash error seems to be a memory usage problem on inDesign's side.

Sinhala text render issue
>>>When typing or copying texts in Sinhala unicode font, the output is rendered incorrectly. For instance, "ෙ + ට +ා" must be rendered as "ටො" but in indesign it is rendered as "ටො". It does not create any difference by changing the keystroke pattern. "ෙ + ට +ා", "ට + ෙ + ා", "ෙ + ා + ට" renders the same output. I tried changing renderer to "World-ready paragraph renderer" but nothing changed in rendering.

Hot Keying the Text Tool has been broken for 2020 versions
>>>The hot key for the Text tool is broken. I've tried the steps of resetting preferences the issue still persists - ever since the 2020 updates, hot keying to the text tool is broken. The tool is selected for a mini second before going back to the selection tool or other previous tool - there are plenty of mentions on this site with very little feedback on if the issue is going to be fixed - please give the community an update.
