Adobe InDesign teamAn error occurred while saving the comment Sascha Fronczek commentedI have the same issue: when I copy something from an InDesign document and paste it to another InDesign document with different color profile settings, InDesign crashes immediately.

An error occurred while saving the comment Sascha Fronczek commentedSetting up the grid in the preferences ist really annoying.
The only way now is to use scripts like “setUpBaselineGrid.jsx”https://www.rolanddreger.net/de/9/grundlinienraster-einrichten-per-skript/
It would be very nice to have a native option panel in inDesign!

Hi All, thanks for this feature suggestion.
If I understand this correctly the idea here is that you need a faster way to be able to apply Master Pages to the various pages in the document. One use case is that you want to apply a particular master page to Even and Odd pages.
Are there other such scenarios too, where you need more support. It would be helpful if you can mention other such scenarios.
Thanks

The InDesign team appreciates your valuable feedback and concerns. These go a long way in helping us make InDesign better for you and update it continuously to cater to evolving user needs. The app bar design was changed as part of these improvement efforts, and will also help us in introducing some modern and exciting functionalities which we have been working on.
While doing this, we have taken care not to remove any existing functionalities which were available in the previous App Bar design. These have only been relocated – either grouped along with similar functionalities (based on results from our user research) or shifted to improve usability (to provide a consistent experience) while working across Creative Cloud apps, especially Photoshop (Ps) & Illustrator (Ai), which are frequently used by InDesign users. We do understand that it takes time & effort in adopting these but we sincerely hope that the…

Why do you removed it from there? This new house or home button is also there and nobody will use it, because its unnecessary. So there is enough space to put these back :D
The percents and the other controls in the previous versions there where handy to use and to reach.

Same here:
New MacBook Pro 2019 and the performance is pure. It’s like 24 frames instead of 60.
I tried also an eGPU but same thing.
I deleted the InDesign cache and preferences but nothing. Also a reinstall doesn’t work for me.
Photoshop and Illustrator working fast and smooth.
Maybe InDesign has to be rewritten cause the code is too old. I don’t know. It’s frustrating …
