In a document imported from word, endnote links don't work.
I imported a word document with endnotes in indesign 2021. The link between the reference numbers and the endnote texts doesn't work. Any suggestion?

Applying character or paragraph style causes eventual crash
I make extensive use of the command-RETURN keyboard shortcut to apply character and paragraph styles. It seems that if I use this shortcut enough times, InDesign will crash. This happens several times a day, forcing me to reopen all my files and try to remember where I was.

Problem copying font from Acrobat Pro DC PDF (to Word and Indesign)
[Adobe Indesign 2021 - 16.3 / Suitcase Fusion 21.3.0]
Since the last update, I am unable to copy/paste from a PDF in Acrobat the accented characters of the French dictionary (ô, é, è, ç, à) to Word or Indesign, whatever the font is (Adobe font or personal font).
The glyph disappear when pasted.
The glyphs exists in the dictionary when looking at the panel in Indesign.

Share for Review Box Blank
I know the most recent update was supposed to fix this issue, but I am still having issues with the blank box in the "Share for Review" section. Any suggestions?

I previously downloaded a Japanese font and it worked fine in CS-6 - I am now using 2021 and Indesign will not print the Japanese characters
Please tell me how to fix this!

Uservoice shows error message and creates double posts
I've klicked on publish button and got a error message at my last post.
I thought maybe it's a problem with the size of the attachment, so I've tried an other file and got no problems at publishing.
Now I've seen, that the first two attempts, that were stopped by a error message of this system here, were published too.
So fyi, I didn't want to make a double or tripple post.Maybe you want to take a look at this behaviour too.

Files open small and display in the top left only - scrolling goes hay wire
the program seems to be functioning, but will only open and create new files in the top left hand corner of the screen. If I zoom in, it will zoom, but only in that small space. If I scroll, it goes hay wore showing only grey and clipping lines like it can't process what its viewing.
Help, I can't use Indesign at all with it like this.

Letter "a" does not appear
I was configuring Indesign Preferences on a new document. Suddenly, the letter "a" stopped working. I mean, I can't write a single word with the letter "a".

Character style has trouble spanning more than one line
It used to be that InDesign had no trouble when a character style ran more than one line. From some time, including InDesign 16.2.1, if a character style is applied to a string of text that starts on one line and continues to the next line, for example the last few words on a line and the first few words on the next line, InDesign will force all the text with that Character Style onto the next line, and space on the text on the previous line to span the entire line.

InDesign (16.2.1) Keyboard shortcuts stop working after mac goes to sleep
If my Macbook Air M1 goes to sleep with InDesign running, on waking the keyboard shortcuts no longer work (Space to drag, Option to duplicate etc). The only way to restore the functions is to reboot, after which it's fine again until it goes to sleep again.
Has anyone managed to find a fix for this? Resetting the preferences makes no difference and it's not a 3rd party software either, I've tested both possibilities and the fault still remains.

Color selection
When selecting an object and adding color, either when accidentally creating a stroke color or undoing an unwanted change, the pane becomes unresponsive The app continues running but the color selection pane becomes unusable. Restarting the application restores normal usage.

sticky rollover state on form checkboxes and radio buttons
I'm having an issue with checkboxes and radio buttons. I have a normal, off, rollover, and on state. The off state is 70% paper fill, the on and rollover states are slightly larger graphics with 100% fill and drop shadows, and the on state also has a green fill.
When exported to interactive pdf, the rollover state sticks and stays even after mouse out, causing the off state to rest on top of the rollover state. If I continue to mouse over the element, the drop shadow will get thicker and increasingly darker until black.

pages shuffle
Indesign 16.2.1
When trying to move spreads around in the pages panel when small thumbnails are used and "allow document pages to shuffle" turned on, I'm unable to move them in between spreads because there's not enough room for the cursor – I'm only able to attach them to either side of an existing spread.
Turning the thumbnails to medium or larger alleviates this problem.

Issues with document previewing since installing InDesign update (16.2.1)
Hi, I'm operating a late 2013 27-inch iMac with 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5 processor. Currently running MacOS Mojave 10.14.6
Since installing the latest InDesign update (16.2.1) I've experienced various document preview issues:
- images that are contained within circular or other non straight-edged image boxes are not displaying at all.
- I get either a black box displaying or no box/frame at all. The frame is there because when I hit Select All I can see it but the image simply won't display at all, whatever the Appearance setting is on.

Making edits in Share for Review is painstakingly SLLLLOOOOWWWWWWW!
When I click "Resolved", it seems to me that syncing to web might be making it slow. Maybe don't update to web until you're done making your edits. I'm working on a 500-page book. Everything about InDesign for this book is tremendous. Share for Review is by far the weakest link.

index bug
Hi, I've got a large book which I'm indexing. I need to index our product codes alongside indexing normal reference - two examples are PBR030SETK and PBR30SETK. When I reference both of these (separately) the index automatically adjusts the second reference to match the previously indexed reference eg if I tag PBR030SETK that works fine, but then when I tag PBR30SETK it adjusts the reference to be PBR030SETK, but they should be appearing as two separate references.
