InDesign online help lacks an important point (bug in help text, not in the app)
You should mention in the online help text at https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/using/frames-objects.html#object_export_options_cc_cs6_cs5_5 that a vector object's alt text will not be included in the epub file unless you also set the export settings to rasterize the object. (Basically: you can't include a vector object to an epub file in a vector format. Not even it's alt text.)

guide color white page and pasteboard color yellow
This is happened three times now. The guides appear on the screen is white even though there specified color in preferences still the default. The white areas on the screen such as the page and pasteboard color is light yellow.
The first time resetting the preferences fixed it. The second time it did not but re-profiling the monitor did. The third time neither fixed it and after rebooting InDesign gave me the "configuration error", "error 16".
I followed the instructions for this error that I found here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/configuration-error.html#mac_osSince this happened InDesign seems to be less stable and before and has crashed on me several times when I was quitting the program.
The next time the error occurs I will attempt to get a screenshot.
Mac Pro, OSX 10.11.6, InDesign 12.0.0.81 (And no I will not update InDesign to see if this fixes the issue)

"Keep with next" hasn't been working at all
"Keep with next" hasn't worked for a long time. It's completely unusable. It doesn't matter if I select "all lines in paragraph" or "at start/end."
Also, selecting "start a paragraph in the next column" doesn't work either. The text styled that way does not go to the next column; it appears as overset text.

New Format in InDesign CC

When creating a new format, you can enter the exact mass in the upper right corner of the Options menu. With the TAB-key you always get an option. In Adobe Illustator and in Photoshop, this does not work in the desired order, in InDesign (German version): since the width is indicated by the TAB key pressed, the question is about the unit (eg mm etc.) and then (after another TAB key) ) Only the second size of the document (ie the height). Actually, the logical order should be yes: Width> Height> Unit.Beim Anlegen eines neuen Formats kann man rechts oben im Optionsmenu die genauen Masse eingeben. Ctrl + Alt + X
To use the shortcut "Ctrl + Alt + X" to do a hard space in the text is impossible - it doesn't work at all. When I press "Ctrl + Alt + X" I start some sort of screenshot function. When I chose "Hard space" from the menu it works as it should do.
So please help, I miss my "Ctrl + Alt + X" -function.

Enable Layout Adjustment Fails
After Enabling Layout Adjustment, then changing the page size, I get an error message that reads "Internal error communicating with AI rulebase. Layout adjustment could not be performed."
The document page size does in fact change, but pages in spreads actually overlap. Rulers at top of page do not show correct page size except on single pages (for instance, the first and last page of a facing-pages document).

There is a chance you close your file without knowing you have not saved it!
It is very simple, just follow the steps below:
Create a new file.
Type a letter (lets say "A" for example) and save your file.
Change the letter to "B" [Notice the "*" beside the file name and the "Save" Option being enabled in the file menu, since the file has been changed]
Save the file again. ["Save" command and "*" disappear]
Now, undo the last change (Back to "A") and save.
Now if you redo the change, you will have "B" in the screen, Notice that the file has changed since your last save, but you neither see the "* nor have "Save" command enabled.
InDesign simply acts like you have saved the file, and it is current, you may easily close your file and lose your progress. This may not be important for small changes but could be a disaster if the number of steps taken are high, which has happened to me once.

Horizontal page display in Pages pane should be spine aligned
When View Pages Horizontally is chosen in the Pages pane, the ('floating left'—CSS speak) spread thumbnails should all align on their spines, making the first odd-numbered page flushed to the right as the even page to the left.

Interactive elements do not export to interactive PDF
Version - Adobe Indesign CC
2015.3 Release
11.3.0.34 Build
operating on Mac OS X El Capitan, Version 10.11Steps to reproduce issues:
Create a new document with a double-page spread in Indesign.
Import four images into document and arrange on spread.Import a shape into Indesign that will be assigned as a pop up box that will appear above Image 1 when rolled over, and place shape next to Image 1.
Place some text (e.g. "Image credit') on top of shape and group text with shape.
Open Buttons and Forms dialogue box:
- Convert group to a button.
- Set 'Name' as: Pop up 1.
- Check box to turn 'Hidden until triggered' on.Select Image 1 which will be the trigger image for Pop up 1.
Open Buttons and Forms dialogue box:
- Convert Image 1 to a button.
- Set 'Name' as: Image 1
- Select 'Event: On Roll Over'.
- Add a new action: 'Show/Hide Buttons and Forms'.
- Set 'Visibility': select Pop-up 1 from list and set visibility as 'show'. Set visibility for 'Image 1' itself to 'ignore'.
- Appearance: [Normal] is selected.- Select "Event: On Roll Off'.
- Add a new action: 'Show/Hide Buttons and Forms'.
- Set 'Visibility': select Pop-up 1 from list and set visibility as 'hide'. Set visibility for 'Image 1' itself to 'ignore'.
- Appearance: [Normal] is selected.
Repeat above steps for Images 2, 3 and 4.
Export as interactive PDF.Actual result: 3 out of four of the images will trigger a pop up box when rolled over in the Interactive PDF as exported from Indesign. The fourth image does not trigger its assigned pop up box. The settings are exactly the same for all four images and pop up boxes. The shapes for the pop-up boxes are each imported separately, not copied and pasted. Sometimes none display, sometimes all, sometimes half. I cannot depend on this feature to work correctly.
Expected Result: Each of the four images will trigger a hidden separate pop up box for its corresponding image when rolled over and the pop-up box will revert to being hidden when the image is rolled off.
