Workaround:
Instead of a forced line break special character use a simple blank.
Set this blank to a very large width using character width property and a high tracking value so that the next text has to break to a new line.Regards,

We completed the investigation and came up with the following: Either the issue has been resolved in the most recent release of InDesign (Refer to InDesign Release notes), the issue was intermittent at the time of reporting and is no longer reproducible, or the InDesign version mentioned in the report is no longer covered by Creative Cloud Support Policy.
We would recommend you upgrade to the latest version as it is more robust. Refer to Share InDesign documents for review to easily share your InDesign documents with collaborators for feedback and review. If you are still facing this issue even after updating it Contact Adobe support.

Hi Ravi,
Share for Review should use a different approach with transparency.
Also overprinting elements should be calculated. The result should be as if we use "Simulate Overprint" enabled with PDF Export (Print) which is possible when using Acrobat 4 (PDF 1.3) compatibility.Regards,

We’ve released an update to InDesign – 15.1.2
Please update to this latest version and see if the issues you were facing earlier have got resolved.
Remember to check how you are signed into your CC account and if need be, sign out and sign in again. Since Share for Review is a service and dependent on your login to your Adobe ID account, it is important that CCD app is working well with your credentials.

Hi Dusty,
did you save the document with "Save As" ?
Then it will lose all the comments in the Review panel.
Even with "Save As" to the same name this issue will occur.Regards,
Uwe Laubender

See the same issue with strikethrough text.
It does not make it to the page. However, the strikethrough comment is visible in the Review panel.InDesign 16.0.1.109.

To identify the cause of this issue, we started our investigation with the aim to resolve it. You might have also received an email from us seeking more details to help in our investigation.
We’ve concluded our investigation and came up with the following: Either the issue is fixed in the latest release of InDesign or the issue was intermittent at the time of its reporting and is not reproducible now.
We recommend you upgrade to the latest version of InDesign 2025(v20.0.0.095) as it is more robust and contains a lot of bug fixes.
We seek your support in our continual effort to improve InDesign.

Hi Peter,
the update you mentioned was for InDesign 2020 and is version 15.1.3.302.
It was no bug fix for InDesign 2021 which is still at version 16.0.0.77.Regards,
Uwe Laubender

This issue has also been discussed on the InDesign Pre-Release forum. As of now, this behavior is As Designed.
However, we’re going to review this.

Another side effect on this behavior:
If you are doing "Packaging For Print" the packaged InDesign document will also loose the connection to the review.Regards,

To rephrase this feature request:
We need a link to a page position in a document.
For example: Link to the 9th page in a document. As it is right now: The link goes to a specific page object and not to a position of a page in the document.
So if you set the link and the page is moved around later in the document the link would go to the wrong page position.FWIW: This should be an addition to the link destination and not a change in the already established feature to link to a page.
Thanks,
Uwe Laubender

Hi Joachim,
see also this thread at the InDesign forum where the issue came up lately:
White box in Indesign
puntocom_giardininaxos, Dec 11, 2020
Hi,
I have a problem with the Id libraries.
When I import a vector object, created on Ai, the vector has a box with a white background.
