We've just released InDesign 17.2.1 version which addresses this issue.
Please update to this latest version using Creative Cloud Desktop application.
In case the fix does not work immediately for you, please try the following:
1) Quit InDesign.
2) Delete the following:
on Mac:
/Users/[yourname]/Library/Caches/Adobe InDesign
/Users/[yourname]/Library/Preferences/Adobe InDesign
on Win:
C:\Users\[yourname]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\InDesign
C:\Users\[yourname]\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign
Relaunch InDesign & see if it works properly now.

An error occurred while saving the comment Fred commentedAgree,
having to drag indexes one-by-one seems quite time consuming.
It seems weird that we can select multiple entries, but not moving them around (for sorting purposes) or delete them. It has to be one by one.Fred supported this idea · -

I would also vote for the "Find Font" window to be like the "Find/change" window. Meaning having it on screen AND still being able to keep working on the file.
So far, v17.0, while the window is active, we can't go around the file to identify the names of the Fonts we wan't to change.Fred supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Fred commentedI think this functionnality should be adapted to the Width of cells as well. It'll be great to be able to double-clic on the right line of a cell to create an auto-fit of the cell upon the content.
Very much like the function with the text frames, in fact. Easy, intuitiveFred supported this idea · -

Same as my fellow users. Issue with 17.2 release. Rolling back to 17.01 solves the problem so far.
