Changes to the tab order interface - make it work like layers pallet
It would be great if the tab order box that allows you to reorder their order could function like the layer pallet - allowing you to simply drag the order up and down as required while the document remains active.
This would allow complex interactive pdfs to have fields added and reordered with ease.

A way to chose where you would like to save your links, INDD file, etc when "packaging" a file.
When working on projects with multiple large books, we would appreciate a way to "package" a file, yet save all of the links for each book in a Master Links Library folder, fonts in a Master Fonts Library folder, and PDFs in a designated folder.
Additionally, it would be awesome if there was a way to preflight a file and ensure that all links are linking to a specific master links folder.

Force / open in full screen view when user views the online document
As can be achieved with standard PDFs, I think it would be useful to have a 'force full screen' option with a pop up warning that says page is requesting full screen - allow or not.
Many documents with heavy content almost 'need' to be fullscreen for the best viewing experience.
This option would remind the user that full-screen is best, but with the pop-up box that allows them to continue in the current window size.

QR code for EPC/Sepa cannot be generated in indesign
I do not understand why, but plain text qr codes for EPC/Sepa are not correct when generated in indesign. They cannot be scanned from the bank apps.

Please give us option to ADJUST SPACE BETWEEN PAGES.
I've always used PDFs when sending clients proofs but thought I'd give the Share for Review a try. I was surprised by the small amount of space between pages, with no way to increase it. I regularly send multiple design options to clients and that small space/gap between pages makes it difficult since they all seem to blend together (the eyes don't get much of a break between options). Unfortunately, this will keep me from using the Share for Review feature so I hope you decide to add an option to adjust spacing. Thank you.

A workflow for properly exporting a dual colour-profiled document
Having both RGB and CMYK in swatches is a great advantage if you want to have a single document exported both to screen and print - but it turned out to be a swatch mess... what about a way to acknowledge similar colors as "equivalents" so we could replace entire document swatches from RGB>CMYK (or the other way around) when this export is needed? changing them individually will eventually cause mistakes.
and what about replacing entire link library from RGB>CMYK in order to export proper colours? I converted them and assigned all of their profiles in PS but now…1 vote -
Preflight profile to target certain problem fonts
Would be nice to have a preflight profile or be able to customize a preflight profile to target certain fonts that are used in linked pdfs from customers. We Use Enfocus to process art and whenever Customers use Free or unlicensed versions of a certain font it causes Enfocus server to crash. Identifying these fonts when first placed in indesign would save our designers and printers time and many headaches. I do get warnings every once in a while, but it doesn't catch all of them. A preflight profile as a secondary check would be most helpful.

add a "Buttons" list in the buttons and forms palette
When creating interactive PDFs, it would be great to have a place where I can access buttons already created without having to click through objects on my page to find out what button was created to do what. (I have some documents that require multitudes of button objects) I'd love to see a place where I can discern if a "button" is an object being used to hide/show another object or is the object BEING shown/hid. Also, having multiple interactive elements on a page seems to "crash" my docs or cause all sorts of weird issues when viewed. Is…

HTML Image Export Options — add resolution option of "original"
During HTML export, if we want optimized images, we are only given 4 resolution options (72, 96, 150, 300)-see attached screenshot.
Sometimes we only want certain aspects of optimization to occur. For example if original placed image is a TIFF, we definitley need InDesign to export it as a JPG for the web. BUT we don't necessarily always want the resolution of the image to be altered.
So it'd be nice to add an "ORIGINAL" or "NATIVE" option to the resolution dropdown menu. This would allow us to export the images at their original resolutions, while still converting to…

Make Anchored text box and table content visible in InCopy story editor
Anchored objects only appear as icons in the InCopy story editor tab. This is no problem for photos and graphics, however:
My editors can't see tracked changes if they can't view the anchored text or tables in the Story Editor. They can make edits in Layout view, but can't tell if another editor made any edits.
Unlike InDesign where I can see track changes in the Story editor just by clicking in the anchored text or table, InCopy has no alternative — editors have only the Story tab and it doesn't appear there.
This is a crucial feature for us.…

Accessibility Facilitate workload & Preview mode for barriers
For large projects, for example we are currently working on 46 brochures for a redesign, it would be more economical if the workload for accessible PDFs would be significantly lower. We have to split the production due to the high effort (creating all formats, meta descriptions with SEO incorporation, creating articles, alt texts, etc.) and can only produce fully accessible for the next production. This is a great pity, but not possible otherwise due to the tight project schedule.
It would be great if the articles resulted from the formats or an assignment via drag & drop (or as…

Make it possible to lock down or freeze all kinds of text wraps made by detect edges
It would be great if there was a way to “freeze” all kinds of text wrap made by detecting edges in a document, or in other words to make them static, so they stop changing with the image. If the designer uses the final image, everything is fine. The problems arise when a print service provider has to make adjustments to the images prior to printing, such as changing color profiles, converting or correcting colors, downsampling, or replacing the designer’s lores versions with hires. Even the slightest changes will often make the text reflow, and this is very troublesome…

Option to draw a text frame on top of another text frame
Making a new text frame on top of an existing text frame is something I very frequently need to do. However, as it is, for different reasons this simple process is needlessly cumbersome.
I have two suggested solutions (I have a dream that both could be implemented, and make a basic upgrade to my workflow):
Make the type tool able to draw a text frame on top of another text frame. Explanation: When hovering the type tool above an empty area, the tool turns into a text frame tool, as indicated by the cursor. However, when hovering above an existing…
