Effect presets
When working across projects, I tend to take a screenshot of effect settings I use and then manually type adjust them to be the same. I wish we could save effect presets so I can just quick apply ones I use frequently.

I found this to be helpful - You're really just dragging and dropping an effect from one object to another. So really, you only have to type in or manually adjust the effect on one object, then drag and drop that over to the others. Not an amazing solution, but maybe a bit better? Would love to find a solution to this. I too, take screenshots and manually enter everything in. It would help if, in the least, it would remember your previous settings.
