Hi All,
Can you explain how this would be used, is the end goal to find a some stuff restricting the search to Tables, or is it something else. It would really help if you can share how you plan to use this new GREP code for tables.
Thanks

Hi All, thanks for this feature suggestion.
If I understand this correctly the idea here is that you need a faster way to be able to apply Master Pages to the various pages in the document. One use case is that you want to apply a particular master page to Even and Odd pages.
Are there other such scenarios too, where you need more support. It would be helpful if you can mention other such scenarios.
Thanks

Dear All,
Now you can set fonts/typeface directly in InDesign while creating PDF forms. This feature is now available in latest InDesign CC version. Please upgrade to the latest release.
Thanks
Abhinav AgarwalAn error occurred while saving the comment Colin Flashman commentedI agree with other posters. This is hardly fixed. There isn't the ability to add the following buttons that can be added in a PDF: insert image button, insert barcode button, date button. At the very least, please add these options to the buttons and forms panel.
An error occurred while saving the comment Colin Flashman commentedIn addition, the Forms panel at least needs to be brought up to date to include the latest fields that can be imported via Acrobat DC such as Image, Date or Barcode.

Hello All,
Following up on the comments stating that the issue is yet not fixed, we did our investigation and found that, the issues being called out in the comment section, though maybe relevant but are different than the one for which this thread was originally created.
This particular thread caters to a very specific case which has been fixed in the last update of InDesign.
If you continue to face performance related issues with InDesign, we sincerely request you to create a separate thread so that we can categorize the performance related issues and address them completely.
In addition to track the performance issues effectively, it will also enable us to reach out to you in a organised manner when we investigate into each category of performance issues. We are extremely sorry for the troubles you are facing with InDesign and we are determined to resolve them as efficiently…

An error occurred while saving the comment Colin Flashman commentedI'm getting a slightly different error, but the end result is the same - can't use the apple color emoji font. I have written the details on how to reproduce this error here: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2561779
Short version: On a Mac OS 10.13.6 running IDCC2019, make a new document and add a text frame. To that text frame, select either the apple color emoji font or trajan color font and add some characters into the text frame. Then export the file to a PDF using any of these default settings:
[high quality print]
[pdf/x-4:2008]
[press quality]
[smallest file size]
A PDF will be created that - upon opening - produces an error message "Critical parser failure: XObject resource missing".Colin Flashman supported this idea · -

In the meantime, there is a workaround script from Mars Premedia that might help: PDF Place and export: https://www.marspremedia.com/software/indesign/Colin Flashman supported this idea · -

This is similar to the previous bug reported here: https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601180-adobe-indesign-bugs/suggestions/31917874-search-field-does-not-work-in-open-dialogue-box
However, the issue affects the place dialog box instead.
