Ctrl + Tab Keyboard Shortcut Bug
I tried to assign "Ctrl"+"Tab" to "Window Next" (to get the same shortcut as OS-default) but Indesign seems not to do anything when hitting this shortcut. When assigning other shortcuts to the same action it works.

Indesign CC 2015
When editiing text and applying styles using the eyedropper tools some users in my production team are using the colour theme tool by accident.
This is then applying the rich black colour swatch to pages that should only be using true black. Can you change the default colour to true black or allow the default colour to be changed.
Alternatively could you add a feature to customise the toolbar so you can remove/add tools that you want.

"Same" font sizes, but they're not
In the most recent version of indesign, when I copy or duplicate a text box, the font size says it's the same, but it is about 2-3 points bigger. Even after eyedorpping the previous style, it doesn't change. I have to manually make a new text box, recreate the font details before copying and pasting it into the box.

Variable chapter number
The variable 'chapter number' gives a problem, wherever it is used it is represented as '1'.
Because chapter numbers and paragraph numbers are not included in the Continuous header, it is useful if it can be displayed separately.
Is it possible to include this numbering in the variable in the future (as an option)?2 votes -

contour freaking out
Contours on Text are freaking out in CC 2019 (14.0.2)

Workspace not loading correctly
I use multiple screens on my Mac running 10.13.6 OS.
I continually loose one of my palette sets from view. When I load my custom workplace the character \ paragraph / etc appear as I have saved them, but this randomly disappears - if I go to window and select character the spinning wheel tales 10 - 15 seconds to load up the pallet again and all is Ok for a while, then it disappears again - Tried saving a new workspace many times but always same thin happens - this is only happening after the last update.

Tabs
Adobe Indesign CC2019 (Latest). MacOS 10.14.5. Mac Pro 6,1.
Tabs do not work. Applying tabs to text does not work. Adjusting tabs does not work. Resetting tabs the trying to set them again does not work.2 votes -
reorder print presets
Add ability to reorder print presets, either by drag and drop or alpha or latest.
Can reoder now with keystrokes from file menu, but that doesn't work in the print dialog box.2 votes -
Glitchy PNG Export
Trying to export a PNG at 72dpi (600 x 175px) but it continues to save the ends of the png in a glitch that resembles a TV screen that's broken (cant attach file btw, i keep getting a Paperclip::Errors::NotIdentifiedByImageMagickError)
my mac and all apps are up to date btw.

PDF Export displays grey box
Adobe InDesign CC 2019 on macOS High Sierra
Currently working in a layout where I'm exporting a PDF, but one image in the document shows as a missing link (grey box) in the export.
I've tried saving the image as a png, relinking from a different location, changing the display to high quality, checked my preferences, preflight errors, and display settings, and nothing has fixed this.2 votes -
CC Libraries fail to load or connect during launch even when CC is running in the background
CC Library associated link resource images causes error messages during launch of program or file even when CC is running in the background.

hyperlink in Character Formatting Controls menu not always working
When selecting text and using the upper menu Character Formatting Controls to create a hyperlink, this does not always hold true. If I go back and select the text again and right click, the Hyperlink menu will ask for a new hyperlink and not edit hyperlink. Email hyperlinks are not always formatting correctly. If I use the right click menu, it seems to work. When I export, the PDF version do not always display the hyperlinks correctly.

Indesign CC 2014 build 10.2.0.69 crashes when closing Mac OSX 10.14.5 Mojave
Every single time app is closed Indesign CC 2014 build 10.2.0.69 crashes.

We’ve concluded our investigation and came up with the finding : Either the issue is fixed in the latest release of InDesign or the issue was intermittent in nature at the time of its reporting and is not reproducible now.
We recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of InDesign 2020 (if you’re not already on it). It contains a lot of stability fixes.

CC library window reappears when adding new paragraph style
Please stop the CC library pane appearing every time a new paragraph style is created. Seems to be a bug as there's no clear relationship between the features.

Smart folder (Mac) not showing items
When trying to place a file with "File/Place", smart folders in the file browser do not load any items to select from. Same also with image relinks.
Strangely the same thing with "File/Save as" works fine.2 votes -
InDesign totally unusable for large threaded tables after 2015 version
Using Windows 10 Pro, high end computer (Ryzen 1800X, 32Gb RAM, NVMe SSD, 1080Ti)
Create an Excel file with 8000 rows of random data, place into InDesign with as unformatted table.
Use shift-click to create pages and thread the table to each page.
Try to scroll without InDesign freezing for 30 seconds. I can't.
I have tried:
- Cleaning preferences / logging on different username to have a fresh profile
- Using a different computer
- Turning off preflight
- Using fast display performance
- Change the composer away from world ready, trying single line instead of paragraph

Can't press 'Done' in Adobe Comp after adding columns and guides
If I go to settings, add guides, I will not be able to get out of the settings as the done button does not work
Worked with support and they are saying it is not a bug, but offered no further steps other than posting here

missing fonts
CC 2019 - MISSING FONT MESSAGE OPENING FILES
InDesign files opened on pc's after upgrading to Windows ver1809 cannot load fonts - upon opening file, missing fonts error with option to substitute fonts. The same files will open correctly on Windows ver1803 pc's. These results can be duplicated on multiple pc's.
