******* Adobe, I'm still getting this CC libraries pane in InDesign being super zoomed-in... it comes and goes but I always have to restart InDesign to correct it... only to have it return to plague me constantly.
I've spent over 2 hours with Adobe Support with no solution, and I've uninstalled/reinstalled multiple versions (including the latest) many times.
Nothing works!

This has been like this since late 2020! ADOBE CAN YOU PLEASE FIX YOUR SOFTWARE?!?!?!?!?

Share for review comments in master page
Currently working on a 36 page magazine and noticed that some 'Share for review' comments end up on the Master Page in InDesign. When I view the comments online, I see them grouped on the right spread, but if I click the comment to see where it actually is pinned, nothing shows on the pages. Guess this is a bug?

UI gets blurry
UI gets blurry if my 1440p monitor is the secondary screen.

Drop shadow in exported PDF is a different size
Certain drop shadows have a different size when they appear in an exported PDF.
In the attached example, the black shapes each have a drop shadow effect in yellow. When exported, the shadows appear shorter and narrower. The difference is approximately 20 pt narrower and 1 pt shorter. (Note the difference in proportion of the yellow drop shadow and black shape in the screenshots.) I've also included the drop shadow effect attributes.
This occurs with multiple PDF export settings including the default [High Quality Print]. I am able to reproduce this behavior in both InDesign versions 15.1.2 and 16.0.

On launching indesign by opening a file, Indesign loses all its tools until 15 seconds after an action
Recent development in INDD 16.3 (2021)
INDD opens fine and from the open screen recent files or new files open fine.
But when launching indesign by clicking on a file, it opens without any tools available.
tool windows appear, later after something is done like selecting a workspace
running under win10
triple 4k monitor setup

Multi-state objects not working correctly
I'm having problems with multi state object not working as they should.
Sometimes its fine others not.
I've attached a video of the problem.It happens when you use buttons to change the state. It works for a while and gradually deteriorates. The state can show then you roll off the button and it reverts. As if a r'roll-off' state is in play. Eventually the multi-state target disappears altogether.
Its happening in different documents and in Indesign 2020 and 2021.
Colleagues don't seem to have problem so could need to reinstall. But wondered if you could shed any light on…

when I hold shift or shift+command and try to scale it doesn't work
When I try to scale something using shift or command+shift it does not scale proportionately. Unsure what to do.

InDesign 16.3.2 Poor Graphics Performance - MacOS BigSur
When background assets have transparency applied, dragging and positioning foreground assets causes a corrupted display.

BUG WITH FOOTNOTES
I though that the new version of Indesign will have this fix but, no. See my screenshot, the text is overlapping my footnote. This comes randomly in my 12 books. To get ride of this, I have to enlarge my textbox and after, reduce it like it was normally. It's very frustrating because when I get the Okay of my client and then made the final PDF, it can happening. So, I have to check all my PDFs very carefully to see if nothing wrong.

Scaling of objects in finest steps
I'm using ID Version 16.2.1 x64. After the upgrade I found that an essential feature is suddenly missing: when I try to fit in pictures in existing frames for example I could formerly scale the picture in very fine steps with the help of the little "arrows" left from the field with the displayed value.
These "arrows" are no longer there - but only in the field defining, scaling or rotating objects.
In the other fields defining paragraphs, font size and everything else the "arrows" are still there as shown in the PDF I'll be sending to you.

What if I could double click the application title bar to minimize a window into the dock?
Dear Adobe,
Double-clicking a title bar to minimize a window is Mac behavior that goes back to the first release of OS10 in 2001. It is based on an even older behavior from OS9 where double clicking a title bar would "windowshade" the window like a roller blind rolling up into itself.Apple and Adobe train us all the time to adapt to new technologies and interfaces. [Performance] Footnote disappears
A footnote disappeared without reason then appeared back when I changed something in the page layout. This is a very important bug because InDesign didn't display any kind of warning about this problem: no red indicator of missing text or overfull text block. I noticed it by chance. Please look at the screen captures to understand it: the number 2 footnote is missing whereas the footnote number is present in the text. In the other screen capture, the problem has been solved.

Please update to this version to get the fix. To prevent problem on existing documents and see the footnotes again, you will have to force recompose the stories.
To force recompose stories, you can use the shortcut Command-Option-/ (slash) on Mac or Ctrl-Alt-slash on Windows-InDesign Team

Option + drag and shift to contstrain keys not working
InDesign 16.0.2
The usual function of holding the option key on mac and dragging an object to duplicate has stopped working. In the same way, clicking shift when moving an object or drawing a frame no longer constrains it's dimensions.
Both of these features still work fine in Illustrator (25.1)
The attached video show me trying to draw a square by holding shift when drawing a shape but it doesn't constrain the proportions as it should. It also shows me then trying to duplicate the shape by holding option (mac) and dragging. The cursor changes to suggest that it's working…

BUG - Autonumbering turns off when hiding a layer - BUG
Steps to reproduce:
- Create 2 threaded text frames on a page.
- Fill them with text (Lorem ipsum)
- Autonumber the paragraphs with Autonumbering feature in InDesign - regular 1, 2, 3-list will do.
- Create a new layer
- Move the first frame in the text flow to that layer
- Turn off visibility of that layer....
The autonumbering is gone from any autonumbered list!!!

Files are not opening
None of my InDesign files are opening. I have fully updated the software and all files have been edited on the most recent version. I have tried to also reset InDesign preferences, however this does not work either. Please advise!

CC Libraries
InDesign 16.1. CC Libraries gets stuck. I cannot select any pictures Editing is only possible again after a complete restart. After a while it gets stuck again.

The tools are blocked on the Type again! I can't get all the tools. It's happened before and after update this problem has been settled. But now the problem come back. What can I do? now the app is up to date 16.2 and it's still stuck.
