    just wanted to add,

    the difference seems to little to care, but try it with
    RGB 0 / 27 / 227

    then it becomes
    100 / 86 / 0 /0 (relative, which apparently is always used)
    instead of
    98 / 78 / 1 / 2 (percetual, according to Photoshop)
