Assignments checked out from two PCs simultaneously
I updated my CC to 2019, but the designer hasn't. She's still using 2018.
I had checked out some assignments from a indd file in the intra server and checked all in when I was done.
Before notifying my designer she came and asked, "how were you able to work o the assignments when I was working on them?"
She was working on the same indd file, from InDesign, with all assignments checked out.
And yet, when I checked all in, she got "update" signs next to the assignments. And weirdly, when she updated them all, they updated fine with…1 vote -
BUG Indesign 2019CC
I have installed 2019CC and for some reason I keep having these panels come up. I now have 3!

Lose tabs when converting to curves in document since new update
I have noticed since I updated to the newest 20.0 version yesterday that every job that I have used set up tabs in and then convert to curves to go to print production (avoids any font reflow issues when processing film) the tabs do not hold. This has never been an issue before this update. Please fix this bug.

Imported PDF not previewing in high quality
When placing exported PDFs from Adobe XD, High Quality Display previews don't show properly when GPU Performance is selected. You must turn off GPU performance or select Typical Display.
MacOS 10.12.6 mid 2015 MacBook Pro.

InDesign
InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (most recent versions) are no longer recognizing activated fonts that they recognized 10 days ago. No updates were made to any software. This is EXTREMELY problematic since I can't continue working on numerous projects that use these fonts. This must be fixed immediately. Have tried rebooting, re-installing fonts, etc. NOTHING is working.

InDesign suddenly has problems selecting the most basic things
For about the past two weeks, I've been experiencing a frustrating problem on two Mac installations of InDesign 13.1. When an object is selected and I click on a color swatch to change its color, about 30% of the time it will not take effect. If I have multiple objects selected and I click on one of those objects again, instead of assigning that object as the key object like it should, the entire group of objects moves slightly to the left. I am absolutely sure I am not moving the mouse when this happens. Also, regarding the color change…

Cannot mirror a footer
I am taking an InDesign class and in one of the steps in the book it says, Use the selection tool, select the footer, hold down the Alt key, and drag the text frame to the right master page so that it snaps to the guides, mirroring the left master page.
I have NO finger dexterity so cannot hold down multiple buttons is there a way to do the above without holding down the keys?

The FaceBook logo now appears every time I roll over the image I am working on. I have no Idea how this was initiated or how to remove.

index alphabetizing with multiple words
When there an index entry has more than one word, the space between the words is improperly accounted for resulting in misalphabetized entries. See screenshots.

Links panel sorting
InDesign CC 2018, 13.1 (mac os 10.13.4)
panels: links: panel options: show column: Scale.
Bug:
The sorting function for "Scale" in links panel doesn't work properly.
If I sort by scaling percentages, they list incorrectly.Example: 187 % comes between 21 % and 15 %.
That means it sorts them alphabetically as digits, but should sort them as numbers. Please fix.4 votesHello All,

when I put the mouse in Archive and try to go to new, the system go to help. so to cant creat a new document or insert a image, except using the keyboard

Adjusting dashes and gaps on path moves dashes off path
Opened a PDF of a line chart in Illustrator, copied/pasted into InDesign CC 13.0.1, then noticed the dashes of stroked paths didn't follow the path accurately in some places. On setting the "Corners" control to "None" those path's dashes snapped precisely to the path, but selecting any of the three Corners settings made the dashes move off the path the same amount. See attached PDF for before/after images.

Windows recents files (at opening)
Sometimes the files are two times on the panel (same file) and sometimes is a wrong link (opening an other file the icon seems to be).
Quit, refresh, open an other file : nothing to get the right link.
Since the late update march 2018 ; I am on 13.1.

You can download the latest version of InDesign from the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
Please confirm if the issue has got fixed.

Converting all URLs to links is converting anything with dot between two words
When trying to convert all URLs to links, it seems that the regex used also targets things like V.ii and converts that into a link. Shouldn't it be looking for anything with http or www?
