    Starting Id 16.0 we introduced HSB in Color Picker.
    Does that resolve inconsistency issue for you?

    This is still a big issue. I have changed my language preferences to English (UK) but it's basically meaningless. The default paragraph style is set to English (US) so I have to change it in the paragraph style every time I create a fresh one. And on the occasion I am working on a smaller file it seems like such a waste of time to create a paragraph style just to address this.
