Indesign freezing when trying to change leading in style

I am trying to change the leading for a particular style that is used in footnotes and when I attempt the change Indesign simply freezes. At the moment the leading is 9 pt but I want to increase to 11 pt. I don't have this problem with ordinary styles4 votes -

Can't scroll through pages in presentation mode

macOS Sierra version 10.12.6When I go to the presentation mode, I am not able to scroll through the pages. Whether i use the trackpad, arrow keys, or change the keyboard shortcuts.

There has to be a scenario in which the scrolling of the document is not working in presentation mode because, otherwise it is not reproducible at our end.
I can observe that, pages do not scroll while making a vertical gesture on the mouse, but through other methods such as, click, arrow key pages can be scrolled easily.Are you able to scroll using clicks and arrow keys?
Is it the case that, the issue is intermittent or only happens in a specific scenario?
Also, let us know your machine details such its configuration, OS version and Id versionThis can help us to get to the bottom of the issue

Indesign won't stop loading when adding a new page. Incredibly frustrating!
Indesign won't stop loading when adding a new page. Incredibly frustrating! Tried clearing other tabs, restart and shutdown computer, even updating won't solve this painful problem! I can't edit / add pages to my resume that I need to forward to a job application!

Page icons not displayed in vertical and horizontal configuration.
There seems to be a bug with the pages palette, the icons do not display correctly in vertical and horizontal configurations with some dissapearing off the side or below.

CC library tab won't select?
When clicking on the dropdown menu to select a CC library, the tabs do not open unless I hold down the ^ button. When opened, I cannot select a CC library. Have refreshed several times but it still doesn't let me change the library! This is on InDesign for Mac.

Mistakenly copying layer name instead of layer content
Nobody command-clicks the an Indesign layer hoping to copy the layer name, but much of the time when attempting to copy the layer content, the layer title is the only thing brought into the clipboard.

Character missing in Adobe Devanagari font
Please review the attachment.
I am unable to locate or reproduce the character after the = using the Adobe Devanagari script. Need it urgently as I am working on a book.

Command + option + drag no longer copies text box
Have used this feature for 20 years and now the double arrow indicating that a box is being copied shows up, but the text box is not actually copied--the box just moves.
7 votesThis is working as it should – that is, duplicating the selected object.
Please update to the latest available version of InDesign (13.1) via Creative Cloud application. Before launching InDesign, delete the Application Preferences and Caches to ensure that any corrupt preferences are not causing this issue to happen.

create new document dialog
When I clicked create new documents button the new dialog not shown and no templates available like photoshop or illustrator and only show the old new document dialog and when I checked my preferences I could not find Use legacy option check box at all in General Tab

Are you on Japanese or MENA feature set of InDesign?
Japanese feature set – Japanese, Korean, Chinese (zh_CN and zh_TW)
MENA feature set – Arabic, Hebrew, French (Morocco)Currently we have the new “Create new document” dialog only for the Roman feature set.
We have however have working to get the new “Create new document” for Japanese and MENA feature sets as well with the upcoming CC 2018.0 release.
You can test and try the new “Create new document” for MENA feature set in the Beta build posted on the InDesign Pre-Release program. Follow the below link for joining InDesign Pre-Release program and getting access to the Beta build of InDesign.If it is otherwise, please let us know.

Locked text and image boxes
Text and image boxes are locked to the page and can't be moved with the mouse, only with the arrow tools

Running Header Removes ZWNJ (Zero-width non-joiner) Character (U+200C)
I want to use Running Header to have the section name at the top of the pages.
The section title has Zwnj character (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero-width_non-joiner) but running header removes this character (U+200C).

Scrolling too slow
Adobe needs to improve scrolling speed. When using the slider, InDesign can't keep up with it.
