    Hi Alejandra,

    You mentioned Published documents have disappeared, do you mean from Publish Online Dashboard? Is it coming blank for you?
    Please let us know your adobe ID, for which documents are not appearing.
    Do you have any published document URL, it will help us in finding the issue.
    If you publish new documents, do you see them in dashboard or they are also not appearing there?
    Are you able to open published documents, old or new?
    Please let us know answers to above queries, it would help us in narrowing down the issue.

    Hi Ursina,

    There are three dots beside InDesign in CC, clicking it opens a menu, click other options, there previous version of InDesign can be found.

    Is GPU enabled in your documents or it is on CPU, it can be seen in open documents beside document name.

    Hi Jan,

    Does the cursor come back after creation of new doc or switching the tool or changing focus to some other app and then coming back to InDesign?
    Does every tool's cursor has issue or only Selection tool?
    Please let me know about above queries to diagnose the issue better.

    Hi Matt,

    Is this something you are seeing with 16.3 beta or is it something which can be seen in 16.1 or 16.0 as well. I tried reproducing the issue at my end but could not.
    Can you please provide configuration of your machine like processor, Graphics card etc.

    Hi Reyna,

    By older PDF, it meant that PDF is generated from older version of InDesign, it does not mean that version of Acrobat was older.
    There is a workaround to import comments from those older PDFs.

    Open indd document in ID 2019, export a PDF from it and then in Acrobat's Comment panel, use its panel menu 'Import Data File' to import comments from older PDF. Now you may use this newly created PDF to import all comments in ID 2019.

    Hi Nick,

    It seems, you are selecting 'Rasterize' option under 'Cover' drop down in 'Export Options' dialog of EPUB.
    InDesign exports a PNG for cover of EPUB. If you do not want a cover in your EPUB, you may select 'None' option under 'Cover' in 'Export Options' dialog of EPUB.
    Please let me know if it solves the issue.

    Please upgrade to the new InDesign 14.0 from your Creative Cloud Application.

    If you are unable to see the update yet, click on the menu (three dots) on the top right corner of Creative cloud app and click on “Check for App Updates”.
