Just started getting our client to use PDF Comments (instead of printing, writing on, then B&W scanning, then emailing back), I've imported the comments, then hit 'Accept' over the text amends he's made, the text then deletes/disappears. There's no styling or rules or anything else applied, it's just straight text.
Screen shot had 4 price points on, but after hitting accept, it's gone. If I change the price manually and leave any original text (to see what happens) such as the $ symbol, then hit 'Accept', the manually altered text stays, but the $ disappears.1 vote
Looking at the screenshot, it is clear that the person who made the comment in the PDF document used the ‘Strikethrough’ type of comment. Basically strikethrough means to ‘delete’ the portion of the text on which it has been put. So in this case, the person did a Strikethrough on $1.05. When you Accepted that comment, that text got deleted in your document. And that is the correct behavior as this is how accepting a strikethrough comment is supposed to work.
Hope this helps.

I am only able to select the corresponding sticky note icon from imported PDF comments at 100% or less view magnification. This is unhelpful as at this scale, large dimension sized documents the text is greeked out, I need to zoom in to see what is written in my document to compare against the comment, but then have to zoom back out to select the next icon to bring that comment to the fore of the list.
Please correct so I can select sticky notes while panning throughout a document at >100%.1 vote
Thank you for reporting the issue.
Has is started to happen in Id 14.0.2? Was it working fine before?
