If someone has a published doc that is a white background, one can not see the page navigations in the main view clearly at all and people assume it's just one page. Also, the hover-over fade also can cause the assumption that it's one page.
A suggested solution is to make the directional arrows, non-fade and a 1pt thicker and more defined drop shadow...

An error occurred while saving the comment Stu Arms (Adobe Campus Leader) commentedIf Adobe Acrobat could read ePub3 files then this is a viable solution. Thus you would be able to “download” as an ePub3 FXL file and open in Acrobat... Indesign developers need to talk to Acrobat developers ... Even Terry White and the rest are saying don’t use interactive PDF use publish on line...

Hello All,
Kindly provide more information about this ask. How do you plan to use the Action Panel in InDesign? Do you want it to work exactly like that in Photoshop? What are the most important actions/operations that you want to record?
Thanks

We have recently started development work on Convert PDF to INDD. Going forward, we will keep adding more functionality and refining it.
The feature is available as a Beta feature in InDesign 19.5 Beta version, available via the CCD app.
Note: For now, it is available only when InDesign's install language is English (North America or International).
Please provide us feedback on this Beta feature. Looking forward to hearing your feedback.

Thank you for reporting the issue. We need some information around the issue which may help us in narrowing down the root cause:
1. Does it happen with the latest InDesign version 14.0.1 ?
2. Is it document specific or happens with all the documents with PDF download capability ?
3. Which type of accounts are you using : Paid or Trial or something else ?
4. Please specify your Platform, OS version and Browser informationA short video depicting the issue will be very helpful

Thus restricting innovative teaching and Academic books and important referencing.. This could still be a big opportunity to enable creativity within higher education.. An example is my current Digital Media Masters Degree submission on Academic Publishing..
Note embedded UI of the mediation downloads..
