    Can you help us understand the key problems that you face in the absence of ability to send an anchored image backwards?

    What’s the current workaround that you have to follow?

    What are the use cases wherein you need that the text appears specifically on top of inline anchored image?

    This information will help us evaluate the functionality better.

    i need it when i want to place an ornamnet below heading text. usually it's done with custom position. not inline

    same for me. and the bug is also in footnotes numbers (both refernces and text) and in cross-references.

    Hello All,

    Thank you for reporting the issue to us.
    We have fixed the issue in the latest version of InDesign, Id 14.0.3

    Please upgrade your InDesign application to the latest version to try out the fix.

    If you are unable to see the update yet, go to Creative Cloud desktop application, open the menu (three dots) from the top-right corner and click on ‘Check For App Updates’.

    If you face any problems with the new update, do let us know in the comments.
