Can you please look at the separations plate and let us know the color values.
You just have to follow simple steps:
1. Launch your InDesign
2. Create an object say rectangle and fill your color
3. Go to Window→Output→Separations Preview
4. Select the drop down of View to Separations
5. Hover over your object. The separations will show you how much % of which color component comprises the color. Also, let me know the Platform and OS version that you are working on.
A short video showing the issue will be very helpful.

An error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Thanks for the information. Publish Online Dashboard is designed in such a way that, for touch devices, it expects hand gestures on the screen for the toolbar to show up, once it is gone. So either, you can touch on the screen or disable the touch of your device if you are not using it.
Let me know if it helps.
Thanks,
Sakshi VermaAn error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Please let me know that which devices were you using? Are they touch enabled? What kind of interactions were you trying when they disappeared?
This information might be useful for us to reproduce the same in the team and get it fixed. Thanks,

Adobe InDesign teamAn error occurred while saving the comment Hi,
Thank you for reporting the issue. I'll be needing some details from you so as to reproduce the issue and get it fixed at our end.
1. What is the configuration you are using ? e.g. Mac/Windows, Locale ?
2. What are the exact steps that you have followed to update Pantone Color Manager? -- This is the most important information I'll be needing to assist you as InDesign ships its own Pantone Color Books.
3. Please share a screenshot where you are not able to search colors, as I am able to do so while making a new swatch and loading any ColorBook.
4. Can you please more information on : "The library upgrades are tied to Pantone color swatch book serial numbers. Even when using serial numbers the Color Manager app started telling me after one month of usage that I needed to reactivate because my license was up."
5. Where are you exactly expecting to delete old color libraries?
You can share all this information with screenshots, videos or any other way you like at sakverma@adobe.com
