I'm having this issue today. :/ Very frustrated! This is my absolute favorite InDesign feature. I use it often and I really need these to work! This is what my Published Online Dashboard currently looks like.

YES! Please... I don't understand why this isn't already a feature. It would make my life SO much easier! I create a form for all of our branches to submit all sorts of data for job references. And then try to implement these within pages of an InDesign annual report. I need a way to set "next record" and I need it YESTERDAY!!!!
I'm a huge advocate of Adobe. I love InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator... but, this is ridiculous! With all of the innovations over the years, why are thngs such as these overlooked?!?

Please check to see if you are not in one of the following Screen Modes : Preview/Bleed/Slug. In these modes, the red underline for Dynamic Spelling is not shown.

Having the same issue. I've purposely misspelled words in my document and InDesign is not underlining them. I have dynamic spelling checked. The colors are set. Nothing appears...

The fix for this issue is now available in the latest update (14.0.2) of InDesign 2019.
If you are unable to see the update notification, open the menu (three dots) from the top-right of Creative Cloud desktop application and click on ‘Check For App Updates’.
Once the update button is shown against InDesign, click on the button to update to Id 14.0.2.If you face any problems with the new update, do let us know in the comments.

Dear All,
Now you can set fonts/typeface directly in InDesign while creating PDF forms. This feature is now available in latest InDesign CC version. Please upgrade to the latest release.
Thanks

Definitely still need more options to create interactive and editable pdfs! I am the creative designer for our 32 branch offices. I need to design forms/templates where my co-workers can easily edit the text and insert images into the spaces I have defined. I can do these things in Acrobat, but the image formatting is lacking there. I had hoped I could do all of this in InDesign by now... and with greater control, particularly design-wise.

This would be helpful for all of the "Align to" options! Align to Page, Align to Key Object, etc. I have been unable to find a way to create a keyboard shortcut for this task. It defaults to Align to Selection when I select my objects. So each time I have to click with my mouse to choose, Align to Page/Align to Key Object and then align them how I want (there are keyboard shortcuts for this step.) It's extremely frustrating when you have to repeat these steps with lots of objects or grouped objects.
Maybe a way to temporarily change the default "Align to" would help? Or better yet, simply keep my selected "Align to" setting until I choose to use another.
