InDesign never allowed you to apply more than one character style to text. This has been a long-standing wish-list item, though.

This is a clever idea. Here is one workaround until Adobe adds this feature: https://indesignsecrets.com/topic/line-underneath-text/#post-122738

“Place Video from URL” option has been restored in the latest InDesign update – version 15.1.
Please update InDesign to use the feature.

Replying to Ravi K's comment above: "expects the video to be compliant with Flash Player" is very different than "requires Flash."
That is like saying "The peg must fit through a square hole." A round peg CAN fit through a square hole, if it is small enough, yes? But then you come back and say "no, the peg must also be square."
In this case, very few people used Flash video with this feature… most people who used it (which is not many, but some!) used .mp4, which has nothing to do with Flash. (Except that it is compatible with it.)

Hi All,
Can you explain how this would be used, is the end goal to find a some stuff restricting the search to Tables, or is it something else. It would really help if you can share how you plan to use this new GREP code for tables.
Thanks

I think the problem is more generic… in the @ menu (in Find/Change), there is a Markers submenu with many different things people need to search for in Type, including "anchored objects." You should add "Tables".
This would be very helpful because if you have many tables in your document, you may want to use Find/Change to find them, one at a time.
It would be even better if you could use Find/Change to search for all the tables and then apply a table style to them! :-)

Kris wrote a free plug-in for this years ago… I haven't tested it in newer versions: https://www.rorohiko.com/wordpress/indesign-downloads/likefindslike/

Sorry @inAdobitably, I clicked accidentally on the page and flagged your post as inappropriate! Oops… Adobe, please remove that flag.
I like the idea of adding features to the Touch Bar… but what features do you think they should add?

Note that you can Option/Alt-drag the page and drop it where you want (in the Pages panel).

I disagree with this. A line is just a path, and a path can have a fill. If I later turn the line into a curve, I may want it to have a fill.
If you don't want a line to have a fill, then just ensure the Fill is set to None BEFORE you draw it. Deselect all objects on the page and set the fill to none (or press D to set it to the default, which does the same thing), then draw the line.
This is a very broad request. I think we need to determine what the feature would actually check for. For example, I want the "color blindness" preview, such as the one in Illustrator.
Also, we should have an easy way to check to see if all images have alt tags.
Bevi's list in the comments below is very good, too.
