select similar
It would be helpful to have a select similar feature for lines and other drawn objects like in illustrator because sometimes I need to change a bunch of things to a different line weight and currently must manually find and change them. I always miss it when I'm working in Indesign instead of Illustrator.

The https://x-hive.io/ has been perfect for me as I get more familiar with crypto. The layout is user-friendly and doesn’t overload me with information, which makes it easy to manage my portfolio. I can check on the market, track changes, and make updates with ease. It’s exactly what I needed to help me keep things organized and stay informed. For anyone wanting a clean, efficient platform, I’d recommend giving this a look.

I second rorohikos "LikeFindsLike". It's simple and works well. Adobe would do well to take a good look at it.

Kris wrote a free plug-in for this years ago… I haven't tested it in newer versions: https://www.rorohiko.com/wordpress/indesign-downloads/likefindslike/

For this reason you should consider using object styles in the first place. Makes your life a lot easier. ;-)
But you can also use Find/Replace to change object attributes like it's shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GYnhV4ciDVg -

Is this possible with Find/Change using GREP?

I agree: very useful feature in Illustrator; great to have it in InDesign
