Copy and Paste from Share for Review Comments panel not working
You used to be able to copy/paste directly from the REVIEW panel COMMENT when you receive feedback. Now it won't allow you to copy what someone has reviewed and suggested as replacement text. This is very important as it makes it much more efficient to copy it from within InDesign rather than swapping between screens to do it from the browser. Please can you fix this! Thank you!

This issue has got fixed in InDesign 2024 19.2 Release.

I did kind of find a workaround for this. I have opening the link in a separate screen and copying it directly from the comment in the review link. Seem to work OK but still not efficient.
I do say it would be nice to have an option that says accept change and that it automatically changes the crossed out text and replaces the text that was suggested. One click and done.

You've got to be kidding, only found out today this is not working where a client has added paragraphs of text to a large book and I can't copy/paste. This needs to be fixed pronto. Paying big money for software with basic bug such as this.

this one is taking away most of what was clever about the Share for Review function. any news on when it will be fixed?

I finally convinced one client to use Share for Review.
But then this happened and I had to tell them it wasn't working.
They won't try it again.
I'm not sure how long a critical bug takes to fix — but 2 months is too long. -

Can Confirm Within the InDesign Apps Review Panel We can no longer Copy from the panel. Losing the ability to right click copy & paste for changes makes the feature a lot less useful - ideally on top of the return of the ability to copy from the review panel a button should be added to the effect of "Accept Change" for "Replace Text" & possibly "Strikethrough" comments.

Previously, I used to be able to copy text that my client left in the comments/review section of Share for Review. With the latest InDesign update, if I try to copy their text, it give me a Share for Review hyperlink. I would like to be able to copy this text and paste it into my document again. (Until you come up with an auto-implement feature).
