Can't press 'Done' in Adobe Comp after adding columns and guides
If I go to settings, add guides, I will not be able to get out of the settings as the done button does not work
Worked with support and they are saying it is not a bug, but offered no further steps other than posting here

Applying a negative vertical scale actually increases item's height (and display wrong value)
Just noticed that while you try to apply a negative vertical scale, item is actually enlarged in height. Also the vertical scale shows wrong value (says -100 instead of -125%)

workspace's features (such as scroll down button and scroll sides, as well as page jump using pages tab) now showing
I'm using InCopy on Mac, and the bottom features are hidden.
I'm also using InCopy on my PC and it works fine. All the bottom are shown correctly.
Before 2019, it only happened when I opened Assignments panel, which hid last couple assignments from the pane and I couldn't scroll down any further to reveal it.
But now, it's happening on the bottom pane universally(?).

Hello to the Adobe InDesign Geniuses! I write this with a heavy heart, I have been a mac holdout/Windows Defender when it comes to Adobe products (Photoshop) since the Mid 1990's If I had to guess, 1995 or 1996. régulièrement les raccourcis clavier ne fonctionnent plus (exemple : command O etc.) il faut aller dans edition > raccourcis claviers pour resélectionner les raccourcis. ensuite cela refonctionne, jusqu'au prochain bug.3 votes -
CS6 won't start because it can not load png import filter.indesign plugin
The start-up screen says: png import filter.indesign plugin requires the debug version indesign.
I have the plug-in installed. So I expected the program to open as always.

Indesign: After ok QR generation, danish letters gets replaced with symbols when the code is scanned afterwards
Fix the bug so that the danish letters æ.ø.å also can be transferred to vCard (business card) unchanged when the vCard generated in the Indesign QRcode generator gets scanned.

sign out
Trying to sign out of my personal account and log into the agency account. When I click "sign out" a window pops up and then disappears. I don't get signed out. I cleared cookies and signed out on web- no dice. Think I have to delete and reinstall software just to sign into a different login...

Corrupt/pixelated cursor Issue in InDesign on MacOS High Sierra
In InDesign is a Problem with the Cursor on iOS Hight Sierra Beta Version 10.13 (17A315i). I Attached a short Video file. It is better as the describe when you what I means. Thank you.

XSL used to export XML, replace function causing issues
Here’s the issue: in the process of exporting XML using XSL, extended characters (like fancy quotes and em-dashes) are being replaced incorrectly. Basically, while replacing the character with it's corresponding HTML entity, the character plus two more characters get replaced.
The problem is caused by a difference between the way Adobe is handling XSL in older versions 2014 vs. 2018 or newer. Attached you will find an example export of the 2014 export and the 2018 export using the exact same XSL. Notice that in the 2018 TWO characters after every special character are getting replaced. Adobe Fonts wont load
Hello,
While creating a document I was trying to discover a new font. I clicked Fonts > Find More and where a list of adobe fonts usually pops up, I got nothing. I tried creating a new text box, signing in and out of adobe, and closing / opening the document.
Attached please find a screen grab of the issue.
I'd love an assist if possible.

Некорректно работает пробная версия
При запуске Indesign вылазит окошко с активацией пробной 7-дневной версии, после ее активации данное окно не пропадает и появляется на экране каждые 10 секунд. Что-либо редактировать в файле не получается. Помимо этого это окно с активацией еще и тормозит, какой смысл давать пользоваться демо-версией 7 дней, если она работает неправильно?

Scaling of arrowheads on paths is so wrong
If I put an arrow head (or any other of the predefined startings/endings) on a path and scale it, it barlely changes the actuall size of the starting ending, even with crazy huge precentage changes, like 1% and 200%. See screenshot from InDesign CC 2019.

InDesign-window "Missing Links in document" does not appear when Microsoft DFS-Links not available
SITUATION
We migrated our old Active Directory "OldAD.ads" to a complete new one "NewAD.ads"
We use InDesign CC2019 (latest Version)All out file-shares are mounted on client computers with Microsoft DFS-Links.
- Old DFS-Link: \OldAD\DFS\OldShare - The DFS-Links points to a share on our old fileserver: \OldFileServer.OldAD.ads\Share_OLD
All shares on the old fileserver are closed, so the DFS-Links have no destination but are still "available".- New DFS-Link: \NewAD\DFS\NewShare - The DFS-Links points to a share on our new fileserver: \NewFileServer.NewAD.ads\Share_NEW
Both fileservers hold "their" (Active Directory based) DFS-structure.
Of course, all users open their files on the new fileserver, shares…

Anchored Object Lock/Prevent Manual Position Override
The Prevent Manual Positioning creates a Locked Object, but unlocking the widget doesn't remove the Prevent manual override.
When you check to "Prevent Manual Override" an anchored object receives a lock adornment. An object Style can be created from this object. If that lock is unlocked the Object style shows as override, but the "Prevent Manual Override" is still checked.
If the object style is redefined. The lock adornment is still unlocked, and the "Prevent Manual Positioning" is still checked. Reapplying the style locks the object.
There should be more consistent behaviour of "Prevent Manual Positioning" and the "Lock". Even…

Tutorial sample files will not open
I've got version 14.0.2
In Turtorial, I click Get Files in order to download the files that carry the examples to be used in the tutorial. They download okay, but I can Open them (either from InDesign itself or by clicking the Explorer).
I get a dialog box reading:Adobe InDesign:
"Cannot open the file ".Applycolor.indd". Adobe InDesign may not support the file format, a plug-in that supports the file format may be missing, or the file may be open in another application."1 vote -
Indesign CC2019 (oct) - "Do you want to save changes to "-/*TempScratchDocument*/-" on close
Indesign 14.0.1 x64, german, Windows8 as "Admin"
On closing Indesign with its "×" button, a dialog popped up asking:
Do i wanna save changes to "-/TempScratchDocument/-", Yes | No | Cancel.
This is the first time i have this error. I can not recreate it. Prior to the error i did: made some changes to an open documents spellchecking and hyphenisation settings. Help! Unable to activate fonts InDesign 2019
I can't sync fonts on indesign from Adobe Fonts. Nothing works. Tried everything.
Tried syncing them from the Adobe Font website, tried in Indesign, uninstalled all indesign versions, restarted preferences, uninstalled adobe cloud.

Deactivating fonts on adobe font website, reactivating them. Doing the same in the cloud app. No fix.

5 votesWe’ve seen this issue happen when you have the same Font already installed on your machine.
So you may try going to where your Fonts are installed on Windows machine – (Control panel > Fonts) and uninstall/remove the Fonts that you are unable to Sync from Adobe Fonts.
Hopefully, the problem should get resolved.

Inaccessible URL Link in preflight panel
Inaccessible URL link option in Preflight panel is not working after implementing Adobe CC version. It was working in CS5 but in all CC version still CC 2019 is not working.
For Digital purpose we need this option. I attached screen shot for your reference
In the attached screen shot there is one dead link it shows red color in Hyperlink window, but the indesign preflight panel shows No Error. If its working properly mean it need to be show error
