Unable to scroll after zooming in.
Often times, after I have zoomed into a page, I lose the ability to scroll up and down through the page. This happens to both my scroll wheel and the hand tool. I have attached a video demonstrating it.
I'm on a macbook pro OS X

Clicking between windows changes page on previous active window
Is anyone else having this odd behavior where clicking between windows change page shown on previous active window?
This happens on both new InDesign CC 2018 and CC 2017. I'm running:
- InDesign CC 2018 (Build 13.0.1)
- InDesign CC 2017.1 (Build 12.1.0.56)
- macOS 10.12.5
- iMac 27" Early 2013
I've post this here as well: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2417538

Horizontal and vertical measurements switched in Move dialog
I’m one of the dinosaurs who started out in the trade on a typesetting machine, and my preferred system of units uses picas for horizontal measures and points for vertical. This has mostly worked fine for years, but since the most recent update I notice that the Move dialog is using points for X and picas for Y. Not a major issue, but somewhat annoying. (ISTR previous versions with a similar bug in the Cell Options > Text dialog, where the left & right insets were in points and the top & bottom in picas, but that one now behaves…

Post it style note
A DTP program I used twenty years ago had a fantastic feature that has never been included in InDesign. At the bottom of the tools panel was a small area that when clicked and dragged off became a non-printing post-it note with the text active for immediate typing of a note.
It was really handy, as sometimes when doing a page layout you really want to note when you have say adjusted tracking, or indeed just a future reminder where for example you want to remind another designer to say edit an image etc.1 vote -

Temporarily Select Zoom In Tool
Does not Temporarily Select Zoom In Tool
I have disabled the Spotlight keyboard shortcuts as well as the Siri shortcut, and I am still unable to use this feature. Was it removed? Am I able to make it work again, somehow?

Separations palette without numbers
At some point the numbers go missing from the separations preview, when separations is chosen from the palette menu. This applies also to the Ink Limit view. Resetting preferences will help for a while.

Disabling UI scaling for high PPI displays causes truncated descriptions in "Preferences"
Installed InDesign CC 2018; when disabling UI scaling for high PPI displays, and restarting.
When "Preferences" are launched, all options turn up with their descriptions truncated, and replaced with an ellipsis.
Two images are attached, when UI Scaling is disabled vs enabled.
This is happening on MS Surface Pro 3, Windows 8.1, screen resolution 2160 x 1440 px (max supported by Surface Pro) and all resolutions below.

Non-Printing Layers in Italics
InDesign no longer italicizes the name of non-printing layers in the layers panel. This made a scan of which layers were printing or non-printing quick and easy.
With the 2018 update, it seems like non-printing layer names just display as a SLIGHTLY lighter weight of the standard layer name type, making it hard to tell which layers are doing what at a glance.
An update that clearly demarcates non-printing layers would be appreciated.

InDesign - Incorrect Spelling Field in SpellCheck NOT FIXED CC2018
The incorrect spelling field in spellcheck is still not fixed. I have had communication via twitter stating it has been and a screen shot showing difference between 2017 & 2018 releases.
It maybe slightly better but still not bright enough. This could be a very expensive issue if an incorrect spelling slips through.
Better still the field should be a different colour all together ie red text on white field background so this stands out as a possible error.

EPUB Interactivity panel resizes
In the release version of InDesign CC 2018, when you resize the EIP panel, then close it or make it part of a workspace, it should open at the same size you left it.
In CC 2018, it opens in the size you last left it, but immediately snaps to a very small size, forcing you to resize it EVERY time.
This makes working with interactive features very cumbersome. Please fix! Thank you.

Guides/Gridlines too thin/difficult to see on Retina display
Not sure if really a 'bug', but since upgrading to Apple Retina iMacs, everyone in my office is having trouble seeing gridlines, margins, and guides in the interface. The lines are just extremely thin on Retina displays. I have excellent vision and I find them difficult to see. Other employees with glasses are really struggling. We could really use something in the preferences to slightly increase the thickness of guides.

Es muy complejo el mover elementos de una capa a otra, ya que el boton de color no responde de inmediato, ni hablar de usar el stylus, con el es imposible hacer, al cabo de varios intentos recien es posible mover, o simplemente hay que darse por vencido

Creative Cloud Panel Broken
Creative Cloud panel won't let me change libraries from the drop down menu. ID was working perfectly fine before Mac iOS High Sierra. Having to close down ID every 5 minutes due to the cursor issue combined with the CC panel issue makes ID almost impossible to use.
Seriously, please get ID fixed.

Scripts Panel Sorting
InDesign 2017.1 (v12.10.56); macOS High Sierra 10.13
When I open the Scripts Panel, nothing is in order. It used to be in alphabetical order like the Scripts Panel folder in my user library.

Not enough contrast in Check Spelling dialogue box
InDesign CC 2017's Check Spelling results interface is fairly unreadable. In the "Not in Dictionary" and "Uncapitalized Sentence" box, more contrast is needed between the text and background shading. This is true in all appearance settings (dark, medium, light).
Thanks!2 votesPlease update InDesign to the latest version, InDesign CC 2018 (13.0) for the fix of the issue.
