My printer always demand that I convert my fonts to outlines. Plus, moderators at the Adobe forum have told me to convert to outline if I want to lock in my designs. I had issues before, because Adobe frequently drops fonts from the cloud. Please, add this quickly and also let us know a workaround in the meantime.

Really, this is so basic and I cant believe we need to ask for a feature request here. Also, why is this not considered a bug? Both in the forums and here, we are told this is by design? How can disappearing bullets be by design?

    Is this some bad joke?

You are kidding me right? I cant believe this has to be a feature request. This bug has been known for so long. In Europe printing press demans font conversion. No matter how people in the US forums talk about poor workflow. WE NEED THIS!

Every year when a major update comes out (for all CC apps) and installs, all my settings and preferences are gone. I have posted this annoyance many times in the past years, yet it keeps happening and Adobe keeps ignoring the issue.

I just got done now setting up all my preferences in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere and all the other apps. It took many hours.

We used to have "Sync Preferences" (in the cloud). Adobe removed it, as a result many thousand people spend thousand of hours re-adding all there settings every year. Adobe is imposing 10.000+ of unnecessary work hours onto its user base, just because it wipes out all settings and preferences.

Lost settings and preferences after Adobe updates is one of the most annoying CC issues I have (second only after the many annoying cloud font issues, like missing fonts, unsynced fonts, system font conflicts, expired fonts and and). These things usually happen when I have close deadlines.

When it comes to saving a documents, I consistently get this annoying splash screen that constantly asks me to "save file in cloud" which I dont want to do. I guess Adobe would like all our files in the cloud so that they can use them as datasets for machine learning and training their AI. Our user preferences and settings are probably not valuable enough for cloud storage, so the feature was simply dropped and we currently have no way to save preferences in the cloud, which would actually make sense (as it would save us many lost hours).

Please re-add this features and stop wiping out our settings and preferences during major updates. Adobe is literally stealing our time.

    Hi everyone,

InDesign provides an option to export and import User Settings, providing users with a smooth and enhanced experience to restore their custom settings if needed. The feature is now available in the latest InDesign 2024(v19.3.0.058)

Please let us know your feedback in the comments.

I have a deadline in four hours and I cannot open a new document. Adobe has become a source of constant issues, so bad that I cannot do my daily job anymore.

I have a document that I need to customize individually for different clients. I would love to be able to hide pages that certain clients do not need to see. Not being able to show / hide individual pages is awful.
