Syncing Workspaces and Preferences
This use to be here but doesnt seem to be around anymore. When I would access Indesign on another computer using the same account info, my workspace and preferences would always carry over. In the last year or so, this doesnt happen anymore and I cant figure out why. I cant find an answer online about it either so my guess is that it was removed. Can you bring this back? Thanks!

Every year when a major update comes out (for all CC apps) and installs, all my settings and preferences are gone. I have posted this annoyance many times in the past years, yet it keeps happening and Adobe keeps ignoring the issue.
I just got done now setting up all my preferences in Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere and all the other apps. It took many hours.
We used to have "Sync Preferences" (in the cloud). Adobe removed it, as a result many thousand people spend thousand of hours re-adding all there settings every year. Adobe is imposing 10.000+ of unnecessary work hours onto its user base, just because it wipes out all settings and preferences.
Lost settings and preferences after Adobe updates is one of the most annoying CC issues I have (second only after the many annoying cloud font issues, like missing fonts, unsynced fonts, system font conflicts, expired fonts and and). These things usually happen when I have close deadlines.
When it comes to saving a documents, I consistently get this annoying splash screen that constantly asks me to "save file in cloud" which I dont want to do. I guess Adobe would like all our files in the cloud so that they can use them as datasets for machine learning and training their AI. Our user preferences and settings are probably not valuable enough for cloud storage, so the feature was simply dropped and we currently have no way to save preferences in the cloud, which would actually make sense (as it would save us many lost hours).
Please re-add this features and stop wiping out our settings and preferences during major updates. Adobe is literally stealing our time.

Its almost funny that this has to be requested and is not an absolute basic feature in a cloud app suite

Not sure why it was removed. Syncing is so important. I have a laptop I use for work and a desktop at home. My desk top is more powerful I end up using my laptop as it is a pain to try and set up my panels and short cuts and preferences on my desk top, for every single Adobe Product. And then manually keeping things up to date if I make a change in my preference on one computer. I would love to upgrade my computer without worrying about disrupting my work flow. As well as save my preferences so if my computer was lost, stolen or broken then I could sync to a new computer from the cloud. It seems like a no brainer to sync preferences and workspaces.

Agree, I think they've removed it, I vote strongly to have it returned!
