Did you open Preferences > User Interface Scaling and try to change the slider?
You’d need to restart InDesign to see the changes.—
Adobe InDesign teamAn error occurred while saving the comment Changilainen commentedI have the same problem. All the panels/menus were much smaller in version 16.4 and the older versions before it. Now with version 17.0 all the panels/menus are too big and I'm not able to scale them smaller.

When this fix will be in the next official InDesign update, do we have to uninstall the plugin or do something about it? I hope this plugin fix won't break anything when updating to the next InDesign version.

I can confirm that this bug still exists. I was about to write new thread about these problems that still exist in the latest InDesign version, 18.1. The whole endnote becomes a hyperlink in the EPUB and all the other hyperlinks to websites in the endnote disappear.
Another thing, when dealing with footnotes. I'm able to edit the number that becomes the link. For example "1." or "[1]" etc. With endnotes this is not possible so hopefully this is fixed as well. Endnotes should work the same way as footnotes.
