Hi,
Am moving this issue as a feature request. The idea here is to achieve an effect like: https://app.box.com/s/2eflfbxwychhln9f34tpf0yyw898w5dhCurrently this can be done by turning off the bottom border of the last frame and top border of the first frame.

2020で再現しました。CC2019では正常動作していました。バグですね。
当面の代替案ですが、先頭文字スタイルで強制改行文字で引っかけたらこちらは正常動作しました。
※「適応させる」はちょっと違うかと。「適用する」ではないかと思います。本題と関係なくてすみません
