commentedPlease fix it. I got very confused and saved my files in wrong folders. A week later I opened an old version of my design, because the new one was in the wrong folder. I wondered but never thought that my design is in another folder, I thought I did something wrong with saving or shut down my computer (by mistake canceled save as …). That's really bad. Now I know it but it cost me some time to do double work … Matthias

46 votesWith InDesign 19.5 release, Swatches will always get Synchronized when Object Styles/Paragraph Styles/Character Styles are selected in the Synchronize Options dialog. It has also been mentioned as one of the Fixed issues on https://helpx.adobe.com/indesign/kb/fixed-issues.html -- Adobe InDesign team Matthias

15 votesIn the Keyboard Shortcuts dialog, user can choose [Adobe Illustrator Shortcuts] or [Adobe Photoshop Shortcuts] to change InDesign’s shortcuts to match those of Illustrator and Photoshop respectively. This was implemented in InDesign CC 2018. —

commentedYes please not just an export to PDF an then the need to clear the AI-file from cutting masks and so on! A direct Export to AI would be more unite the apps and represents more the way of working from Print to Web, from Layout to Illustration (and then please match the shortcuts and so on from AI/ID/PS/XD). commentedThat's a pity! And the comments could be smaller or the scrolling automatic, when the last comment of the window is reaching! Matthias

Solution: The color sync was switched off (why?). In "Bridge" I did "Edit > Color settings" and then "synchronize". Now the entries in the InDesign-Export-drop-downs where there again! (Thank you Uwe from the Adobe Support Community!)
