An error occurred while saving the comment Joachim Tillessen commentedAgree with many other users. Improved naming options for export of bitmap images is nice, but it is only one of many many use cases where we could benefit from named pages.
An error occurred while saving the comment Joachim Tillessen commentedDue to their size the thumbnails in the pages palette often give little indication of their content, which makes finding pages difficult. If users could name pages and the names would be displayed in the panel next to the page number, that would make this task way easier.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joachim Tillessen commentedGreat Idea. If this feature should turn out to be too complex. A first step could be to make it possible for monotone vector files. (https://indesign.uservoice.com/forums/601021-adobe-indesign-feature-requests/suggestions/38649277-apply-swatch-to-monotone-greyscale-with-transparen)
By the way – nice workaround with the multiple layers in pdf, Ryan!

An error occurred while saving the comment Joachim Tillessen commentedFor me coloring vector files is even more common place. I would love to have color control for all monotone logos and icons in my CC Library in my InDesign document.

An error occurred while saving the comment Joachim Tillessen commentedFirst of all many thanks to this anonymous source to uncover this workaround. I was quite irritated by the fact that the cropping behavior had changed from the previous time I placed a similar asset.
The current implementation is so arbitrary it might as well be filed under 'bugs'. Please give the user proper import options for library assets.

Abhinav AgarwalAn error occurred while saving the comment Joachim Tillessen commentedI'd say Paragraph Style is sufficient. You can override any spaces using the Paragraph Panel already. If you want to apply it only locally on certain paragraphs it's not so important to specify the relation to the style of the adjacent paragraph.
An error occurred while saving the comment Joachim Tillessen commentedI see a similar use case for conditional spaces between paragraphs for optional sub-headlines. The space after the main headline should only be rendered, when a paragraph other than the sub-headline follows.

What do you mean output formats? SVG should be handled just like any other vector file in InDesign. Having SVG embedded should definitely not limit the output options of your document (Print, PDF, EPS, EPUB, HTML, Bitmap formats, ...).Joachim Tillessen supported this idea · -
