  1. CC Libraries fail to load or connect during launch even when CC is running in the background

    CC Library associated link resource images causes error messages during launch of program or file even when CC is running in the background.

  2. Smart Grid feature not working properly. Green lines don't appear showing alignment with object's previous location

    As the title says, when I move an object, the temporary green smart grid lines do not appear to show whether I am in alignment with the object's previous position. I noticed this when I was trying to replicate the 3rd video titled "Align and group content" in the "Edit Content" tutorial.

  3. "paragraph style options" window size

    Paragraph Style Options window opens bigger than my screen (regardless of the size screen I'm working on) and there is no way to resize the window or set the default size of the window? In order to work with Paragraph Styles, I am constantly having to move the window around so I can see all the options there, then move it again to see the preview in my document.

    WHY CAN'T WE RESIZE THIS WINDOW? There's no reason it needs to be this large; most of the space is blank.

  4. InDesign CC 2019 No search results when trying to place a file

    When I try to place a file in InDesign CC 2019 (or ANY CC 2019 app) and I enter text in the search box to find my file it defaults to "my Mac" instead of the folder I want it to search. Then when I select the folder I want to search it yields no results even though I KNOW there is a file there containing that word in the name. The folder I want it to search is on a remote server. I have tried to reindex the remote server in Spotlight (by adding it to the privacy tab…

  5. Burmese character composing

    InDesign ME CC 14.0.1
    WorldScript doesn't compose Burmese Unicode characters correctly, shifting the location of some characters and not positioning some accents correctly, do you have a plan to fix this as it has been like it for a long time?? Other languages like Lao and Khmer have been fixed over time, but not Burmese.

  6. Panel Keyboard shortcuts don't work if panel is minimized

    If I have a keyboard shortcut assigned to a Panel item, then that shortcut ONLY works if the Panel is visible (i.e. not minimised).

    Please allow all Panel Keyboard shortcuts to work wether the panel(s) are minimised or not

  7. raccourcis clavier

    illustrator 14.0.2
    régulièrement les raccourcis clavier ne fonctionnent plus (exemple : command O etc.) il faut aller dans edition > raccourcis claviers pour resélectionner les raccourcis. ensuite cela refonctionne, jusqu'au prochain bug.

    Nearly every Indesign document I open now the pasteboard jumps about in size as soon as you do anything on the page. It's really distracting and interferes with my workflow.

  11. Stroke on outside of shape breaks for compound paths

    This bug has existed for some time and is still in InDesign 14.0.1.209 for Macintosh.

    A stoke aligned to the outside of a compound path is on the outside of the outer paths, but on the inside of the inner paths. The attached image shows a stroke on the outside of text, as it should appear, and on the outside of the same text converted to paths. The stroke on the counters of A, O, and R is on the wrong side of the path.

  12. Properties window not staying in custom workspace

    Every time I open Indesign (14.0.1) my custom workspace loads, however, since adding the new 'properties' window to this workspace, the properties panel does not load with the custom, saved workspace. Instead I have to open it separately each time from the Window menu.

  14. pasteboard changes size when pasting things

    InDesign CC 14.0.1 x64

    Pasting things sometimes changes the size of the pasteboard drastically. Pasteboard margins could be set at 10 in and 10 in and they change to a few inches horizontally and less than an inch vertically. We keep things on the pasteboard. This causes us to fix the pasteboard size many times throughout the day in multiple documents. Over and over again.

  15. Table of contents and variables weird behaviour

    When some of my titles have Variables in the TOC (variables that I have created) they appear in the TOC incorrectly. My Variable here is a dash date i.e. 2019-2020. At first I used "–" rather than "-" but both ended up with the same result. I've uploaded all screenshots to demonstrate what I'm talking about: The variable with the longer dash, the variable in the heading and the TOC that relates to it. Notice that some TOC's are affected, but not others, so I'm at a loss.

  16. Crash on deleting duplicated XML tag

    Indesign CC 2019 (Version 14.0.1)
    Mac OS Mojave on Mac mini (Late 2014)

    Hello, I have a document ready to import XML data, with existing XML structure and tagged elements in page.
    Afterwards I import XML data into XML structure and then duplicate (copy and paste) text frame that contains a table with an image placed into a cell table.
    If I try to delete resulting duplicated XML tag, application crashes.
    Same result if I duplicate (copy and paste) XML tag directly.

    These are the steps:

    1) Open document with prepared XML structure and tagged elements in page.

  17. Keyboard shortcuts don't work if only one file is open.

    When I have just one file open in Indesign, the keyboard shortcuts don't work. Open another file, they start working again. Or, wait long enough, then they start working with just one file open. All keyboard shortcuts, not just some.

  18. InDesign 2019 Data Merge not allowing Multiple Records per page

    The dropdown to allow Multiple Records per page is not available (not that it ever worked perfectly). Using the exact same settings, text, and csv file, it works fine in 2018.

  19. Eyedropper doesn't pick up the correct color

    I'm trying to select a color in a pdf that was placed in an InDesign document. The eyedropper won't pick up the correct color. It's consistently choosing a color that's darker than the color I want. I have zoomed in all the way so I can click on individual pixels, but that doesn't make a difference. I'm clicking on a light gray (almost white) pixel and the eyedropper is choosing a dark gray.

    The layer with the pdf is the active layer and it is unlocked. I'm using InDesign CC 14.0.1

  20. find font

    Find Font isn't working for certain fonts. See the attached gif. I'm trying to change a passage of text set it Calibri (which I don't have installed) but when I open Find Font, Calibri isn't listed there so I'm unable to swap it out
