publish online navigation buttons disappear in browsers and don't come back
When I view a published document, the browser based navigation buttons and menu for downloading disappear after a couple seconds and don't come back without hitting F5. This is unworkable. Please change it so the nav arrows remain on the screen, even in full screen mode. I can't have my clients struggling to go to the next page. This happens in Chrome and Firefox. In Edge, they disappear, but will reappear if I move my mouse to the edge of the screen - also very frustrating because I just want to click through the document without struggling to find the arrows. This is a browser issue, NOT a document issue - this happens with ALL documents.
This issue has now been fixed for the browsers which were showing this anomalous behavior.
Please check to see if it is working fine now and let us know if the problem still occurs for you.

Hi,
Thanks for the information. Publish Online Dashboard is designed in such a way that, for touch devices, it expects hand gestures on the screen for the toolbar to show up, once it is gone. So either, you can touch on the screen or disable the touch of your device if you are not using it.
Let me know if it helps.
Thanks,

I was using a Surface Book 2 (touch screen yes), but was using it in a Surface Dock with an external monitor. Using Chrome. Hope that helps

Hi,
Please let me know that which devices were you using? Are they touch enabled? What kind of interactions were you trying when they disappeared?
This information might be useful for us to reproduce the same in the team and get it fixed. Thanks,

There is an issue with interactions and Chrome on Windows 10 platform. Initial load shows all toolbars and navigation arrows, as soon as you try to interact with any element on the screen toolbar and nav arrows disappear. I get an angular error (attached screenshot). It happens on multiple devices. Any thoughts? I looked around on the forum and there was no real solution. Notice in the screenshot how the toolbar disappears from the bottom of the browser page.
