InDesign Publish Online Not Clickable on Windows in Chrome or Firefox
Working in: Adobe InDesign CC 2018
We recently published a guide online using Adobe Publish online. The clickable elements (buttons, interactive elements) are not clickable on touchscreen PCs in Chrome or Firefox, but the touchscreen works (not as clean, but works). This issue is not present when the PC users are in safari or internet explorer. All content was created and published on a Mac, and no macs have had an issue.
The content is private, but I can send the guide to anyone from Adobe on a person-person basis.

commentedThis occurs on Safari and Chrome on macOS, too. If the mouse is moving upon body load, then it occurs. If the mouse is not moving upon body load, it can still be reproduced. You have to move the mouse and then let it be still for 3 seconds and then the toolbar disappears. This is severely impacting user experience - P2 bug. Please fix ASAP!

commentedPlease fix this severe bug. It's reproducible every time. Two scenarios: 1. If the mouse is already moving when the HTML completely renders, it occurs immediately.
 2. If the mouse is completely still when HTML is completely rendered, then it requires moving the mouse again and leaving it there for about 3 seconds. This is reproducible in Chrome, Safari. No clicks, mouse movements bring it back, except... if you move the mouse cursor out of the window completely or click at the very edge of the screen. Final MASSIVE COMPLAINT: The "Next Page" button (if it's showing :-)) is completely unnoticeable on wide displays because it's super far from the content. Can you offer next and forward buttons in the bottom nav instead of or in addition to the super faint navigation arrows in the margins that actually disappear when there's same-colored content under them?

commentedThis is a real issue. I see that previous commenters did not observe the behavior, but it is very real. Open in Chrome, flip a few pages, then stop moving mouse for about 10 seconds. Navigation disappears. The user is completely stuck. Would love to use this solution, but can't sacrifice those using major browsers.

John Grant Harvey commented ID-4206999 we need a update on this bug please. We have over 4 months of work on hold until its fixed and this is hurting our business. We need a urgent update on if this is solved, close to solved or when it will be solved so we can launch the work we built on adobe trusting it would work.

commentedI tried opening the link as well and it did not work. Once it loads everything the navigation bar on the bottom and the navigation arrows right and left disappear. Ended up here looking for a solution to a similar problem with another publication.
