Maybe it is just me, but I will be working in a document and will need to use Find/Change, so I hit Command +F and do my search. Later on in the document, I will need it again and I hit Command + F, and later realize I have been typing search term into my document because I forget had left the Find/Change window open and Command + F closed it. I don’t know if other users experience this, but it is frustrating. Would love this to be a panel!

FYI - there is a script—Mastermatic (https://www.id-extras.com/products/mastermatic/)—that does this, but it's not perfect (IMO). Would love it if this was an option in paragraph styles.

MathML support was added to InDesign 2025 version.
Work on adding more options in future releases of InDesign has started.
