Can you help us understand the key problems that you face in the absence of ability to send an anchored image backwards?
What’s the current workaround that you have to follow?
What are the use cases wherein you need that the text appears specifically on top of inline anchored image?
This information will help us evaluate the functionality better.

here are two quick examples:
(1) Say I want to set an initial icon into the beginning of a paragraph and I want it anchored to the beginning of the first line of that paragraph, the wrap wont hold on that first line—see screenshots 1 & 2
(2) Say I want to set an image at the top of a page, but the specific mention of said image is below the image's placement. Ideally I would want to anchor the image to it's mention in the text, but placing an anchored image before its anchor disables the wrap—see screenshots 3 & 4.

In order to investigate the issue at our end we would require some more information from your side. Can you please answer the following questions to help us out:
1) Please let us know the version of InDesign on which you are facing this issue.
2) It would really help us a lot, if you can share the documents( and other resources) with which you are facing the issue.
3) Can you please share a small video demonstrating all the issues that you are experiencing.Please mail this information to pgaurav@adobe.com

The ability to find colors in documents in now available in InDesign’s latest release 16.0.
It can be found in a new tab of Find/Change dialog – Color.

Hello All,
The fix for this issue is now available in InDesign’s latest version, id 14.0.3.
Please update your InDesign to try out the fix.Note:
If you open a file which already has this issue, in the new version, you may continue to see the issue.
To resolve such cases, you may SAVE AS the file or do a force text re-composition as the workaroundHowever, all the new files created in the new version will not have this issue anymore.
