Selection Tool cursor disappear issue
After few hours with no activity on Mac with Silicon disappear the Selection Tool cursor on the artboard. Quit the app and reopen it works as a solution for now.

Indeed I am having this equivalent issue. The choice instrument is imperceptible anyway when you end up drifting over a text or picture box it returns for a brief time. A restart will for the most part reset this.

Yes I am having this same issue. Selection tool is invisible however when you happen to hover over a text or picture box it reappears temporarily. A restart will usually reset this.
At this stage it is only the Selection tool.
When creating a new document the cursor is visible however switching back to document does not resolve the issue. Also switching apps etc does nothing to resolve this either. -

Hi Jan,
Does the cursor come back after creation of new doc or switching the tool or changing focus to some other app and then coming back to InDesign?
Does every tool's cursor has issue or only Selection tool?
Please let me know about above queries to diagnose the issue better.Thanks
