Brothers and sisters... I fix it. Open the SWF Preview and. It is a windows with a tab in the upper left corner (like a browser) then open the EPUB Interactivity Preview and click and drag the tab to put it next to SWF Preview (just like a browser) then you will have a window with two tabs: SWF Preview wnd EPUB Interactivity Preview. This windows is resizable. You’re welcome

Dock the Preview panel into in between two others such as Swatches and Pages.
The scaling pointer should appear when over the corners. Size it within the vertical bounds of the panels.
Undock the scaled Preview panel back into the middle of the screen. The scaling pointers should now allow you to resize the Preview panel.

Another bug - Anyone sorted the issue with the Preview window not enlarging?
Also adding in the command shortcuts (Command+Space bar to zoom in) AND additionally using the option key to Zoom out... Indesign doesn't seem to let you add - or replace two key combinations in anymore! :-(
Not sure why they would change this. Any ideas how to add this back in?

Hi together,
I'm on Mac OS X and can see this bug a bit differently. I'm on InDesign CC 2018.1 version 13.1.0.76.
I am able to drag the panel to a larger size (bottom right corner only), but if I close and open the panel the window is resized again to the small size.Could you try a workaround: Group the EPUB Interactivity Preview Panel with another panel like the Animation panel, then it could be resizable again. And stays in size. At least that's a workaround for Mac OS X. Don't know if it helps on WIndows…
Regards,
Uwe Laubender

THIS.
Please fix.
Started happening randomly to me too now and it was doing fine 10 minutes ago. Closed the program and restarted and nothing. -

Here also, when I use the preview panel it displays it very small. When I double click the top of the panel I can make it bigger but when I press play the whole program freezes.
So frustrating, using also CC 2018. -
