While the "excessive indent spacing" below has been addressed, the issue of spacing above the "Text Wrapped object" persists,—the "text wrap" spacing option do not work.
The "text wrap" spacing options are ineffective. Consequently, there is too much space at the bottom, but no space at the top. This issue becomes particularly significant when you need to position an image precisely alongside specific text and maintain spatial proximity with other images on the same page.

This same issue, I believe, has been reported in the past. Since I upgraded to 19.0 version, this bug appears most times. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled Indesign, and still happens.
Best Regards

I can confirm with above “ss’ bug report above, the new update changes all FOOTNOTE NUMBERS to “ss”. While the number in the text is remains a number. In new documents the footnote are numbers and in the text it is “ss"

To identify the cause of this issue, we had started our investigation with the aim to resolve it. You might have also received an email from us seeking more details to help in our investigation.
We’ve concluded our investigation and came up with the finding: Either the issue is fixed in the latest release of InDesign or the issue was intermittent in nature at the time of its reporting and is not reproducible now.
We recommend you to upgrade to the latest version of InDesign 2020.1.2(v15.1.2.226) as it is more robust and contains a lot of bug fixes.
We seek your support in our continual effort to improve InDesign.

This exact same problem occurs on my Mac as well. It is not exclusive to that person's computer. The entire program crashes

This is an update following my previous post regarding the persistent "Text Wrapped object" error v20.2. Please find attached a PNG image illustrating that version 20.2 of Adobe InDesign has not resolved the spacing issue, even with free-flowing anchored tables:
Version of Adobe InDesign: 2025 v20.2, Mac OS 15.3.1
Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Insert an image into the text. For maintaining spatial proximity with other images on the same page and ensuring the image/table remains adjacent to specific text, anchor the image or table in-line or custom.
Expected Result: The ability to freely move or reposition the table/image anywhere on the page within the text, without overlaying or obscuring the text.
Actual Result: The "text wrap" spacing option fails to work for the text above the table/image, although it functions correctly for the text below.
