The fix of the issue is now available in the latest InDesign 2024(v19.5.0.084). We recommend you upgrade to the latest version for the fix.
If you are unable to see the update, go to the Creative Cloud application and click on the context menu on the top right and click on Check for App Updates.

This issue got fixed in macOS Monterey 12.1 and upgrading to this OS (or later) will help overcome this issue.

An error occurred while saving the comment Leo commented@David Fleming: Looks like it's because you're on Big Sur. As mentioned by others and from my own experience, it's fixed in macOS Monterey 12.1.
An error occurred while saving the comment Leo commented@kate: you mentioned you're on Monterey 12.0.1. Update to Monterey 12.1 - it looks like it's fixed there (as mentioned above by Ravi Kiran). It does work for me on 12.1.

@Anders: I can't reproduce this; Cmd-S and Cmd-D work as expected for me in the InDesign 2025 dialog.
