Upon adding pages Share for Review comments and pins are mapped incorrectly.
We have a 100+ page user guide that was marked up with many comments. All of these were mapped correctly. Upon introducing 6 new pages (3 spreads) early in the document all of the comments are now mapped 3 spreads out of sync. Removing the 3 spreads did not resolve the issue and now our comments are all mapped to the wrong pages. This is strange as I really would imaging that comments are mapped to specific object ID's rather than a 'physical location'.

Share for Review is showing files in low res very blurry
I'm using PSD files linked in my InDesign, they look blurry like low res even the fonts used in the PSD https://assets.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:4e60c8e1-8ba1-46f0-af66-23ef2b71ac21?view=published
Is there any option to share for review low res or high res please let us know, but I don't remember this happening to me before, they were shared always clear.

Share for Review
Share for Review does not seem to be working even after another update.
I sent an invitation by "Invite Only". My client received an email with a link and the only 2 options available for my client are "Sign in with an Adobe ID" – 99% of my clients will not HAVE or NEED an Adobe ID.
The second option is "Enter a password if one has been shared with you." Unfortunately, I was not given the option to set up a password. However, when posting publicly I could.
And lastly, when I update the file (link), there was no…

Share for review
During this pandemic, I'm am trying to use the 'share for review' feature for a book I'm laying out. It is 600 pages, 300 spreads, about 333 MB file. It includes images and text.
I've designed other books -- the printer had no problem with the files
I'm using a Mac with InDesign 15.1.
When I tried to share the file, 4 pages - 2 spreads uploaded. I tried again and 8 pages - 4 spread, appeared for sharing. I didn't choose them, it is what InDesign randomly chose.
As an experiment, I created another file and tried to upload…4 votes -
Share for Review is very buggy
In InDesign lately when I Share for Review the following things happen often:
1. InDesign thinks that the document I've shared (and for which I've received feedback) is NOT shared. I know it is.
2. I can no longer highlight a comment and copy it to paste it into the actual document.
3. When I click on a comment it will take me to a page/spread but there's no pin/highlighted text/etc. to inform me where on the spread the change needs to be implemented.
4. I get a message that InDesign "cannot load comments" no matter how many times or…3 votes -
Gray boxes behind photos in Share for Review
I have been using the new Share for Review for the last little while and am enjoying receiving feedback directly on my documents for import into InDesign. However, I recently went to a published file and noticed that all of the images in my design now have a light gray square behind them. Additionally, the colours and blending on some of the images are all off or look odd. The gray boxes appear on all of my previously uploaded documents, and I've checked from multiple computers and they all appear to show these boxes.
Please refer to this thread for…

Share for review missing annotations
Using 17.1 and just upgraded to 17.3. Have loved share for review, but recently I'm unable to see location of annotations from inside ID app or multiple web browsers: Editor leaves a note, I can see the note, but there's nothing to indicate where the note belongs on the page--not all of A's comments but many of them. Other editors also can't see the annotations either.

Share for Review
After sending out a "Share for Review" in InDesign, I went back to the file after people made comments and when I go to the review, the only option is to create a new review. But if i go to my email notification and click on the link, I can see the review that way. I did not "save as" to the file.
3 votesOpen the Review panel (Window>Comments>Review) to see the comments made by the people with whom you had shared the document for review.
Please let us know if this solves the issue for you.

Comment pins move in spread with content
At the moment, pins on content in a story do not move with that text if the text ends up being pushed onto another page. This means we end up with seemingly random pins floating on the page.
Please allow pins to remain bound to their original location as text moves and flows into other pages.

Share for Review breaks when INDD files are duplicated for versioning
Everyone I know who uses InDesign duplicates files regularly to create various versions of documents. Share for Review seems to have a major problem with this. When I create multiple versions of a document by duplicating an original, InDesign cannot seem to differentiate between the various versions, even if they have different names and are completely separate files. The only solution seems to be if you have only one document open at a time and break the link to start over. It's maddening, as I have 9 versions of important documents that I need to share for review, and when…

Share for Review from InDesign Book 'artifact' error
When I try to share chapters from a book for review the Share for Review either doesn't function beyond clicking the 'Share for Review' 'Create New Review' or populates the details with the wrong file name and then fails to proceed (giving an 'artefact' error.
I solved it by doing the chapters one at a time with no other chapters open and the InDesign Book closed - but it took me a few hours to work this out.
Even when doing the chapters separately their Title Field of the Share for Review document is sometimes the previous document's name and…

Share for review
Hello, am I being dumb? I can share individual files, but when I try and share a book, “share for Review” is greyed out and the Review panel is black.

Hi,
in my link there are many comments but a lot of them are unmapped. Is there a way to recover them?

When I share to review, weird things happen
I have InDesign 15.1.1 and I've been using the new Share to Review feature often. I've noticed that my text and tables would completely disappear on random pages and the Table of Contents became messed up as well. To make the text reappear, I had to adjust the size of the frame by a pixel or two then it would return. It didn't matter if I made the frame bigger or smaller.

comments
Review comments should stay with the original site where they were left when I sort them in a new way. Not obvious? Now comment on page 1 will stay with page 1, even if the site moved to the end. that is confusing.

Share for review comments disappear when updating link
I am currently working with a 102 page document that is shared with several customers. Once I make edits and I update the link, all comments from myself and the customers disappear. Even after restarting my computer, updating InDesign, signing out and signing in of Creative Cloud, the problem still persists. I am working on a MAC and InDesign version 17.2.1. This problem is only happening with one project file, and I've also tried moving all of the pages to a new document with no luck. I appreciate any help.
