InDesign crashes when I try to change styles with the preview box selected.
I am running InDesign 19.0.1 x 64 on a Windows 10 machine
When I try to edit a paragraph style that includes bullet points, and with the Preview box checked, my computer crashes. As you can see in the screen capture video, it is an intermittent issue, but InDesign crashes the majority of times I am trying to edit the bullet paragraph styles. It also happens when I try to change the Anchored Object Options in my Object Styles panel.

Montserrat Font errors
The Montserrat font is not displaying correctly in the program, I exported a page to see if it is just a display issue but it is not, the font is still displaying incorrectly even when exporting the file, I checked in Illustrator but it is displaying normally, fix this problem please. InDesign 19.0.1 Crashes When Exporting Stories to InCopy
I have just set up a new MacBook Pro running InDesign 19.0.1 on Sonoma (pre-installed). Every time I attempt to export .icml stories from a layout file to my SMB Synology share, the file crashes and InDesign quits. When a co-worker on Monterey does the same thing with the same file, the .icml stories export normally.
I have tried exporting individual text frames rather than "export all stories" and got the same result. I've tried exporting the stories from a different local .indd file to my computer and got the same result.
What else should I try? Reinstall InDesign?

crash at every startup
InDesign crashes on every startup from this computer (Win11 Intel i9 G13, 64GB RAM, nvidia RTX 3600). This bug happens in all versions of InDesign installed trough CreativeCloud (also the 4 previous versions). When I start the app trough the CreativeCloud application it starts up without issues. When I start it trough the TaskBar icon, StartMenu or by double clicking an indd file it craches. Crash information bug report attached.
Note: My Windows user account is always elevated (admin privileges) and UAC is disabled. I tried starting up Indesign as a normal user but the salme crash happens.

InDesign crashes before it opens since lastupdate.
InDesign crashes before it opens since updating last week. Can only open it by holding down Shift Control Option Command and deleting the preferences.

Indesign CC 2023 Freezes/Crashes on Noto Sans (Google Fonts)
Even in the 2023 version of InDesign, using the following complex characters, Noto Sans Font, and Adobe World-Ready paragraph composer can cause the Indesign to crash or freeze. The list might be few more. Nothing wrong found in the fonts, only Indesign crashes. If use other fonts these characters are ok in Indesign.
Word file attached. Place this in Indesign and see the results.

Crashes on "Object Layer Options" for an AI file in a table
I'm using v18.4 (x64) on Windows 11 Pro, v22H2.
I have a two-layer vector graphic created in Illustrator (current version) placed in a table cell. If I select the graphic and then select "Object layer options," the correct dialog appears. But when I click on the visibility "eyeball" on either of the layers, InDesign immediately vanishes, having crashed.
This is repeatable.

Greyed out screen when I open InDesign
Help! I am desperate to figure out why this was happening. I recently cleaned out my computer library/cache to free up storage, then updated to InDesign 2023. For the past couple hours I keep getting this screen. Everything is updated, but I have no idea how to fix this.

Crash on pdf export
We do a lot of sometimes large presentations in Indesign that have other external Indesign documents in them, that pdf fine, yet when I add pages to them it crashes when I export and there's nothing I can do to fix it other than removing the pages I've added.

Indesign CC 2018 crashes while selecting the type tool or font option from type menu
I am running Adobe InDesign CC 2018 13.0 x64. Whenever I open a new document and select the type tool, InDesign crashes. Same thing happens while clicking font option from type menu. Also, any premade INDD/INDT files aren't opening, it crashes every time. I have reinstalled several times, trashed preferences but of no use. I am running a Windows 10 version 1909 64 bit with OS built 18363.1801.

INDD 2023 continuous crashes
It's happening very often that, while I'm working on some files (it happened with many different ones, not just the same one), INDD suddenly crashes with no explanation. I'm pretty bored about this thing so I hope you can say me something in order to solve it. I've a very powerful computer so I'm sure it's not something related to "GPU fatigue". Wish you a good day

can't select objects
ID version 18.3
I have a massive page with a lot of objects, and now I can't select any of them. It is as if every object is locked; effectively the page now behaves like a pdf. I have tried to unlock all objects, over and over, and although "Unlock all on spread" is not greyed out, it does not respond. I have tried quitting and restarting, to no avail. Is it because my system just can't cope with the size? This is months of work down the pan...1 vote -

Shuts down without any error message
Adobe Indesign v 18.2.1 on Windows 11
The app just decides to close by its own at somepoint during the work, without any error message.
If you open the same file again, it closes again when you repeat your last action.
I tried saving it with another name, close the app, restart the notebook, and it keeps heappening.
I tried starting a new file, it keeps heappening. At some point it just closes without any error message.
I tried opening the same files at another computer (also v. 18.2.1 on win 11), with another adobe account, it keeps heappening

Indesign always crashes during batch processing (after 55 files)
There is a great script for batch processing
creativepro.com/files/kahrel/indesign/batch_convert.htmlBut on the last few versions of indesign, an error is generated after processing 55 files. It does not matter what documents and in what format to convert. For example, I created an empty document, copied it 60 times, and ran the script. Also on file 56, indesign crashed with an error.
However, this is not an error of the script itself, the author could not reproduce it no matter how hard he tried. On previous versions of indesign (a year ago) everything worked without errors.
I also deleted the settings,…

split layout view, copy, paste, undo, paste without formatting, crash
Reproducable crash in InDesign when working in split layout view.
1) move to split layout view
2) copy text from right window
3) Ctrl V in left window
4) Ctrl Z to undo
5) Ctrl-Shift V to paste without formatting
6) crash (the expected result here obviously being InDesign not crashing but pasting the text without formatting).Filed multiple reports from these crashes.
Currently working on PC with Win10 and InDesign 18.2 x64, but this has happened on both Mac and PCs, with 2 different employers as well as privately (and thus 3 different server/hard drive configurations), clean installs as…
